Pros

It is quite user friendly and it didn't take long before it was delivering useful insights. It helps me understand my customers more clearly and uncover information much faster. The AI generated insights and customer profiles are especially valuable and have been some of my favorite features.

Cons

One area that could be better is customization since the platform still seems a little limited there. Navigation could also be more organized with fewer clicks needed to reach certain important details.
