“Smart outreach insights with some inaccuracies”
Pros
The tool is really helpful for lead research. One thing that stands out is how it aligns a prospect's traits and communication style with the person you look up so you get a better sense of how to build a connection. Those features give me useful direction on how to shape my outreach, including the right tone, ideal message length and key points to mention to grab attention. That makes a real difference by improving the odds of getting a response and creating a more positive reaction to my outreach. Getting started was simple too as I watched the training videos and was up and running quickly.
Cons
I did notice an issue when I looked up my own profile since the traits and communication style didn't feel completely accurate. My guess is that LinkedIn can sometimes blur someone's real personality because everything is presented in such a professional way. Pulling in more information from other platforms or leaning more on a person's strengths section could probably help improve that.

“Quick information lookup with group adding”
Pros
Getting information in xiQ is very easy and the initial setup was simple to get through as well.
Cons
Well the thing I don't enjoy is the way people are added to a group. That process could definitely be improved by cutting down the number of clicks it takes.

“Helpful tone insights”
Pros
Most of the time I use it when I am writing emails and it does a good job of helping me figure out the right tone and understand what style people respond to best. I also really like the compatibility feature, along with the way it highlights traits, strengths and weaknesses which seems pretty unique. Those details make it more valuable because they give me a clearer sense of who I am speaking with and how to approach them instead of going in with no context. Getting started was easy too as it was simple to learn and I think most people could pick it up within forty five minutes to an hour.
Cons
One thing that stands out on the downside is that some of the tone related sections especially the email suggestions, tend to sound very similar. I am not sure whether that's tied to the individual person or their persona and personality but a lot of the descriptions feel repetitive. Because of that it doesn't always give a truly specific picture of the person and at times it comes across as a bit too cookie cutter.

“Very smart outreach insights”
Pros
Using it in my sales class has been really helpful for customizing my outreach using both contact details and company profile information. One of the parts I enjoy most is all the insight it gives into how people tend to do business based on their personality. I have even had fun looking up friends and family just to see how accurate the platform is. The Gilroy feature is especially useful since it suggests relevant information and points me toward other helpful tools on the site. On top of that getting everything set up initially was very simple.
Cons
It was disappointing that my own profile wasn't there at all. Some of the news stories also seem pretty random and come across as a bit spammy.

“Quite an impressive tool”
Pros
During a class project focused on researching prospects, it was really impressive because of how much information it had available. It made the whole process much more efficient for us as students. The platform worked reliably when pulling up information, without glitches or interruptions which I loved. Also I liked the way it gathers prospect details from the database and getting everything set up in the beginning was very easy.
Cons
There just wasn't enough information available on certain clients.

“useful tool overall”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is being able to view people's behavior types. It gives me a better sense of who they are, what kind of interactions to expect and how I can work with them in a business setting. Getting everything set up at the beginning was simple too.
Cons
A downside is that some people who do have a LinkedIn profile still don't appear on it.

“Really liked using it!”
Pros
Being able to compare my personality with someone else's traits and get a sense of how compatible we might be was something I really enjoyed.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is searching for certain people since they do not always appear unless you enter their full name along with their hometown.

“Helpful prospect tabs for easier searching”
Pros
Using it during my sales technology course made prospecting and account organization much more manageable. The layout is well organized and getting quick access to people and company information is really convenient. Also I liked the separate tabs for prospects because they make it simple to understand key details about a business and its needs. As someone just getting started in sales, those features have been especially useful for improving how I reach out, communicate and build relationships. Getting everything set up in the beginning was also very easy.
Cons
If I had to point out one thing, it would be making it even simpler to locate different people.

“Smart email tone insights”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how it guides me on the right tone to use in emails and the best way to approach different people. It takes away that uncertainty when I do not know much about a prospect. Also I enjoy learning more about my customers through the platform and the specific adjectives it suggests are especially useful to me. Overall I am very happy with it and have not run into any issues. The initial setup was very simple too.
Cons
Honestly I have liked everything about it.

“quite an effective tool”
Pros
Getting ready for sales calls is a lot more effective with this tool. The DISC personality insights help you step into conversations with a clearer sense of how a prospect prefers to communicate whether they're analytical, relationship oriented or more focused on the bigger picture.
Cons
The data quality isn't always consistent. When looking up someone outside a major industry, the insights can come across as incomplete or a little too generic. There's also a bit of a learning curve since the platform includes so many features which can feel overwhelming at the beginning.

“noticed some limitations”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is how it helped us build a clearer picture of ideal buyer personas from the customer profile we already had. It gave us better insight into people, the companies they work for and even the way they prefer to be approached which made messaging feel much more informed. Also it helps with that common challenge of figuring out how to begin an outreach message. Another part I have liked is being able to discover people in related industries through it. The company insights feature has been especially valuable and getting everything set up in the beginning was fairly easy which was a plus.
Cons
A limitation is that not everyone seems to be included in it. I couldn't even find myself in the database so in some cases it seems like you're making an educated guess about what a person may actually be like.

“Personalized outreach with better homepage”
Pros
The good thing is that I was able to build effective sales pipelines and better prioritize personalized outreach. It gave me a clearer picture of who I was selling to and the best way to approach each customer. One feature that really helped was the ability to compare my traits with someone else's since it gave me more insight into how to tailor my outreach and sales approach. Also I thought the group creation feature was a nice touch because it made it possible to contact multiple people at the same time. On top of that the initial setup was hassle free, easy to follow and overall simple.
Cons
One thing that could make the experience better would be a more structured home page since that would provide clearer direction on how to handle certain parts of the software.

“Helpful sales conversation guidance”
Pros
It helped me figure out better ways to communicate with our leads. It gave me useful direction on how to approach conversations, speak to them more effectively and apply stronger sales tactics. I also really enjoyed the groups feature since it lets us organize companies or leads into specific categories and find them much faster when needed. On top of that it was simple to use and the step by step setup made getting started especially helpful.
Cons
To be honest I have nothing to mention here.

“made a huge difference for us”
Pros
Using it made a real difference in how I customized emails and sales conversations for class assignments and role-play calls. I also like how much information it gives me about a lead before I ever speak with them. That extra context helps me gauge whether they respond better to a direct approach, a bit of small talk or a more energetic tone. On top of that getting started with it was very simple.
Cons
A few of the insights can feel pretty generic and I have noticed the same recommendations show up for several different personality types.

Pros
Having xiQ on hand makes prospect research much more convenient. The tools for learning about people, their businesses and even their personality types are extremely useful when I am preparing to connect with them. Plus it gives me a better sense of how to approach someone whether I am meeting them face to face or calling them. The initial setup was simple as well which made getting started even better.
Cons
