“Prompt, Reliable and Excellent Project Management”
Pros
Ciklum did a great job with project management and met all the specified requirements. While there were a few bugs in their work, they addressed them but they charged additional fees for those fixes, which made the final bill significantly higher than initially quoted. Still the quality of their work was solid and met our expectations.
Cons
I feel like they could have done a better job at avoiding bugs in the first place or at least fixing them without charging us extra.
