Pros

It covers a lot of ground, with strong tools for building competitive battlecards and newsletters that include competitor alerts. New capabilities keep rolling out every quarter and there's been a clear push toward AI lately. The customer support and account team have also been excellent to work with.

Cons

Building or editing tables for battlecards is particularly difficult and there isn't any spell check available. I'd also really appreciate an option to export battlecards to PPT or PDF for people who don't use Klue.

They have adopted Agile methods and the scrum master makes sure that developers are doing their best and most efficient work during the sprints. She was a great resource for us.
