During our collaboration with Radix what stands out the most is their approach as a true partner. They treat every challenge and problem as their own working closely with us to accomplish the best possible results. This level of partnership is rare and special. Alsp we like that the team assigned to our projects is fully trained and has undergone extensive preparation. This ensures that new team members become effective quickly.
Cons
The time difference along with occasional cultural and language differences between our team in Australia and our team in India cause a lot challenges at times. The time difference in particular is the aspect we find most difficult.

Although Radixweb excels in many areas there is room for improvement in project timelines and estimations. We experienced some delays in deliverables due to unexpected complications affecting the project schedule. Having a more precise and realistic timeline with built-in buffers for unforeseen issues would improve the overall experience and improve project planning and management.

Cons
