Alsp we like that the team assigned to our projects is fully trained and has undergone extensive preparation. This ensures that new team members become effective quickly.

Cons

The time difference along with occasional cultural and language differences between our team in Australia and our team in India cause a lot challenges at times. The time difference in particular is the aspect we find most difficult.

We experienced some delays in deliverables due to unexpected complications affecting the project schedule. Having a more precise and realistic timeline with built-in buffers for unforeseen issues would improve the overall experience and improve project planning and management.
