The integrations with Trucker Tools and EDI are smooth and overall the platform is really knowledgeable.

Some fields aren't reportable like the ACH field or certain fields in the carrier, shipment ID or customer profiles. It would be nice to have those in reports.

The team is quick to respond and the new update has a nice GUI. The shipment tracking filters are simple and easy to use.

Cons

The activity log could be improved for clarity. Also there were some bugs where the package type wasn't showing up correctly on the BOLs but that seems to have been fixed recently.

Pros

The integration with other platforms like TS, MCP, Macropoint and Trucker Tools is great. I also love being able to duplicate shipments after we've set up a template for a shipping lane, plus the easy search tools for lane history.

Cons

I wish the updates were explained more clearly, maybe through an email with patch notes. We often end up figuring out new tweaks on the fly as we work.
