I am not happy, but at this stage resigned.
Pros

The BI Codes Reporting Fixed Asset Register feature is helpful.

Cons

I find it frustrating that I can only have one screen open at a time. For example, if I need to compare two invoices, I can't have both of them opened simultaneously. The system frequently overwrites data entries, making data input quite challenging. I need to concentrate heavily and double-check the information I'm entering to ensure it's recorded accurately. The support and developers show little genuine interest. Moreover, it's unclear whether we received the full delivery for what we paid or if we are due a refund. Despite multiple attempts to get a clear answer, I was unsuccessful.

Accounts Payable Prospective
Pros

Setting up suppliers is not hassle anymore and it integrates well with our AP system. The report functions for purchase and supplier payments are impressive.

Cons

Changes made within the Transaction Browser are not reflected in the invoice details. It would be helpful to have a copy and paste function for descriptions. Additionally, when updating invoice details, all the detail updates revert back to a previous invoice information. It's challenging to determine if the selected values are correct in GL Explore - Details. The layout could be improved for better clarity. When adding a new supplier, there should be a section for the account contact name on the Business Contact form.

AP User review
Pros

Managing batch payments and running payment reports is super easy and provides valuable information.

Cons

There is no purchase order matching link. In our system, we use a setup where the creation and approval of purchase orders are matched automatically. If this feature worked similarly in Accounts IQ, it would be great to have everything in one system.

Wouldn't Be my First Choice but it works
Pros

This thing I like the most is that with this software it is easy to transfer inter companies, similar to Sage. The batch invoice templates are a bit challenging to follow, but they are highly useful.

Cons

When things are posted incorrectly, it becomes messy to credit and debit. Manual adjustments are required, especially during month-end. It was initially difficult to follow, and the template is very sensitive, which can be both good and bad. It becomes problematic when copying over a large amount of data, as spaces can be easily missed. The software isn't fully integrated with the bank, so payments to suppliers still need to be manually posted.

Pros

The company is actively engaged in a continuous improvement program, which is essential for the long-term viability of the product.

Cons

Initially, the mobile expenses app seemed like a game changer. However, we encountered several bugs within the app and program that should have been addressed before the product's launch. We are still experiencing ongoing issues.

Accounts IQ Rocks Baby
Pros

The software is easy to use, reliable and provides system stability. It offers instant P&L and balance sheet information.

Cons

I face difficulties in editing my mistakes, especially when a payment or receipt is locked in by a bank reconciliation or a purchase is locked in the trade creditors ledger. In such cases, I have to seek assistance from an administrator. This may be due to my own lack of experience or training with the software.

Lorretta Nwafor
Pros

For department and business unit reporting and analysis, the software works exceptionally well. What sets it apart is the unique ability to view all departments in a spreadsheet format, unlike other accounting software. Another aspect I like is the flexibility to log in and work from different locations at any time. Multiple users can log in simultaneously without any disruptions.

Cons

The transfer of profit and loss to the following year requires manual adjustment to achieve a zero balance at the beginning of the year.

Accounts IQ transformed our business
Pros

The fact that it's cloud-based has been a significant advantage for us. The consolidation functionality, which works seamlessly, was one of the main reasons we chose Accounts IQ. It provides us with enhanced functionality that aligns well with our business processes and has driven beneficial changes in our operations.

Cons

The main challenge we faced was our staff adjusting to a different software system for their work. Apart from that, it has significantly improved our processes, controls, and reporting.

Reporting and consolidation problems solved
Pros

The software is intuitive, making it easy to add new entities. It saves us a significant amount of time, which is crucial for our lean team. It's particularly useful for easy consolidation and multicurrency reporting.

Cons

I really wish I had discovered it earlier. There was nothing in the market at this price point that could handle consolidation as nicely as this software does.
