“Great for improving sales”
Pros
With Growlabs, all we need to do is enter the pre existing info about our clients and sales performance, and the rest is handled automatically. And since e commerce moves so fast these days, the old sales pitches just don't cut it anymore. Thanks to Growlabs, we can create unique sales pitches tailored to our needs. Plus the messages sent out by the software feel just like they are coming from a real person, which is perfect for automating chat responses. Also it uses machine learning to figure out the most effective ways a campaign can work. All in all, it is a really efficient tool for both our sales and marketing teams.
Cons
Adding new leads so that the software can track them and generate results is not as easy as we thought. Even though it is totally possible to do that we just needed to learn how. Also, the email schedule is not as simple as everything else. Moreover figuring out when the emails will be sent according to the different time zones of your audience is a nightmare. However the support team has been really helpful in this regard. So in future it might improve in other areas too.

“A brilliant solution for automating workflow”
Pros
It is very well optimized for outbound sales and combines the best of the marketing and sales worlds to offer a complete one-stop solution to all our needs. Also I think its especially geared towards small businesses due to its low price and the way customer service caters to the needs. Also the type of notification we want to receive can easily be selected, and the users can then be notified when they've had a high-value lead open recently. Growlab offers advanced automation and lead creation but in the simplest way possible. And I dont personally have to keep an eye on the performance of my sales team as I can just download a report that contains all the metrics I use to judge them.
Cons
It does not have a tips feature, which I feel would be really helpful for me instead of having to contact customer service every time as it is something I personally find a bit daunting. This was especially an issue in the beginning when I had trouble adding new leads and ended up wasting a lot of time trying to figure it out on my own. Also, the auto-emailing feature is not very easy to schedule, so our clients don't always get our emails at the right time without us having to double-check everything.
