My time with BigTime has been filled with incredible highs and surprisingly shallow lows. Before BigTime, I was using outdated software, and the transition to Bigtime was seamless and effortless. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at first, but once you get used to the platform it can be incredibly useful. The customer service is top-notch, and they are always willing to help you out with any issues or questions you may have.
I won't say the software is perfect. There are definitely some areas that could use improvement, such as the user interface, which can sometimes be a tad clunky and unintuitive. The project management features also aren't as robust as I would like them to be.

BigTime has been such a great help to our team. The features are comprehensive and the customer service is always willing to help out when we need it. We've found that its great for tracking time, managing resources, and creating financial reports. It's also been a great tool for our team to collaborate on projects.
The only real downside is that the software can be a bit expensive compared to other platforms. But you do get what you pay for in terms of features and support. I would also like to see some additional features like integration with other popular business applications.

BigTime has definitely made my life a lot easier. I needed to find a comprehensive project management tool and BigTime was the perfect solution for me. It's allowed me to better track time, collaborate with my team, and manage resources. The customer service is also second to none and I always get quick and helpful responses when I have any questions or issues.
The only downside that I can think of is that the software can be a bit complex at times. For example, I was trying to use BigTime to sync with QuickBooks but it took me a bit of time to figure out how to successfully do it.

I would go against popular opinion and say that it is very competitively priced. I mean, just consider the list of features it offers along with the stability, and you’d stop considering the price as a hurdle. It is incredibly simple to use, especially when managing a large team. We have been collaborating with each other with ease, and our managers love using it to handle time tracking for their respective teams. Customer support is also excellent. Bigtime has stopped us from spending extra on other software.
The only thing that Bigtime is not perfect at is the actual clock-in and clock-out features. It basically means that sometimes the software is unable to keep accurate track of when you start and stop. which kinda questions the purpose of time-tracking software. We can be careful with our time handling to make sure the issue does not happen, but it is inconvenient to do so manually. The previous software we used was way better at time monitoring than this one. But BigTime actually allows better project management, which makes us stick with it.
