Cons

I really want to be able to cap invoices to budgets and prevent the system from automating invoices that exceed the budget.

BigTime has been an excellent tool for me to track project time at my firm. The software was simple for me to learn. I created specific reports that best meet my tracking needs. I also use it for project management, budgeting and invoice preparation and tracking.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about BigTime. From customer support to the online Knowledge Base, I can easily find answers to most questions. The training and follow-up support have been excellent. I am very happy with BigTime!

Pros

There is not much I like as setting it up is frustrating and tracking time is not very intuitive. But, it does have a lot of customizable features.

Cons

When I enter time, it duplicates rows, creating timesheets with hundreds of rows which makes it very hard for managers to approve.
