Especially during Covid, Text to Give has been a lifesaver, and Aplos keeps its software updated. The free classes included with the software have been invaluable. Their customer service has also been outstanding, assisting with every issue. If you're thinking of this as an additional expense, think again it's the best investment you can make. I like how organized it keeps our ministry's finances, enabling quick report generation for meetings.

This product was relatively easy to learn, and any assistance I needed was readily available through their Help resources. While some issues took a couple of days to resolve, they kept me informed throughout the process.

At our church, the Check-In system initially had issues but was adjusted to better suit our needs after some research and application tweaks. Regarding reports, it would be helpful if column titles remained visible while scrolling and were printed on multiple pages. I've already raised this with the developers, and I'm hopeful they'll address it.
