Pros
Aplos accounting is perfect for nonprofits like ours that need to manage basic accounting tasks efficiently. The interface is excellent, and the reports meet our needs perfectly.
Cons
It can still be buggy at times. Occasionally, the information inputted doesn't always align correctly.

Pros
The fact that it links directly to my bank account makes submitting payments incredibly simple.
Cons
I dislike that I can't customize the frequency of submitting payments. The auto-pay options are very limited, and it's inconvenient that it doesn't save my payment information, requiring me to redo these steps each time.

Pros
Aplos is incredibly intuitive. The training videos are clear, concise, and incredibly helpful. Setting up and customizing the system takes only minutes, and the customization options are limitless!
Cons
I have no complaints. I've been using Aplos for years and haven't found anything that I dislike.

Pros
The software is direct to use and reasonably priced. It doesn't require much accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Cons
The software worked well when our church was small. However, as we grew, we needed a program that could handle individual versus batch transactions more efficiently.

Pros
It's web-based and aesthetically well-designed. The integrated support within the interface makes it convenient to use on any computer with a web browser.
Cons
It lacks robustness as an accounting system. For instance, there's no feature to track a group of Memorial Funds within one overall Memorial Fund. While workarounds were suggested, many functionalities promised in their marketing materials aren't actually available.

Pros
I liked how easy it was to use and the ability to chat with representatives for immediate assistance. The free webinars on fundraising tactics were also very beneficial.
Cons
It can be affordable if you take advantage of their promotions, but without them, it might be costly for a new nonprofit.

Aplos is a well-designed fund accounting solution, ideal for churches and other nonprofit organizations. The support has been excellent, especially as we transitioned from our previous software.
Cons
We would like more control over user access than the system currently allows. For example, some users should be able to print reports and make inquiries without being able to enter or modify transactions.

It's a comprehensive platform that integrates accounting, donor management, prospecting, and more into a single, efficient solution.
Cons
It focuses heavily on accounting, which wasn't exactly what we needed. Unlike other CRMs, I didn't receive any phone calls, which made me question their customer service quality.

“It is the best out of all.
Pros
The software is user-friendly. Its price is reasonable. I have been using it for quite a while and have never faced any security or data breaching issues, knowing that it is all online and on cloud. It generates flexible reports. I can easily access records, information and generate reports at any time. Its customer service is really great and always there to help. I recommend this software to everyone. The product is amazing, and its customer service is very helpful.
Cons
They don’t mention anything about the donor statements in their tutorials, so it takes a lot of time to figure it out on your own. But, once you’re able to figure it out, then it’s all easy. The donor statement can only be posted from the contributions screen and no other screen.

Pros
This software is very user-friendly, anyone can easily use it without any trainings. It is a great software, they also offer free web tools with which obtaining funds becomes easier. Any non-profit organization or church should use it as it easy to use.
Cons
The new update of the bank integration module was neither that great nor user-friendly at all, kind of messed up a lot of things, especially the ease of using it. When they added the donor management module, there was an extra fee added for it which was equivalent to the monthly fee.

Pros
The software is affordable, anyone can get it. We were very pleased with this software, but because the church got merged with another church we gave up Aplos as they already had an accounting software which they purchased. Although, I am trying to bring them towards Aplos. Aplos is easy to use, and especially to those with no accounting background. It is on cloud, so easy to access.
Cons
It’s just that the reports do not give out the results that I want, I am kind of a selective person.
