Pros
The best thing about brokermint is that as an admin, I could add an accounting checklist to each transaction, separate from the agent checklist, and Id use that to upload a copy of the escrow deposit, bank transfer of escrow to the commission, and commission payments. The Agent can easily look at these and know that I have made the payment.
Cons
There are some areas where brokermint can use updates and improvements.

Pros
I have found Brokermint lets me tailor a lot of features by reaching out to their support team in California and I can also get reports customized to my needs.
Cons
I have repeatedly had it go down at least once a month and more often than not those outages hit during business hours.

“Adore pdf merging and customization
Pros
One thing I really adore about this software is how handy it is for merging and splitting individual PDF files that capability alone saves me a lot of time. I also genuinely appreciate how customizable the app is to fit my business needs it's surprisingly flexible. Their online support has been fantastic we have a lot of older, less tech-savvy team members and thanks to the online help they were able to get comfortable with Broker Mint in just minutes. On top of that, Broker Mint actually adjusted their configuration to meet our specific requirements, something I doubt we would have managed with another provider. Andrew has been exceptional whenever I ask for something, he's always willing and quick to accommodate my requests.
Cons
My main complaint is that the revenue output is pretty basic and could use more advanced options I'd like to see things such as prepayment assumptions, reinvestment modeling, expansion scenarios and similar features to give more depth to the revenue projections.

Pros
Uploading files and keeping them neatly organized is something I really appreciate here since it's so easy and it lets other team members jump in and collaborate easily.
Cons
I am frustrated that every single field must be completed when I add contractors or similar entries, because it feels like unnecessary busywork and slows me down.

Pros
For tracking data and managing my work inventory, this program has been fantastic it's simple to use and quite flexible. I can monitor every listing, follow pending sales and rental transactions and even send and receive documents by email directly through the application which keeps everything organized in one place.
Cons

I have found the software delivers very detailed and all-around comprehensive services and it's quite user-friendly, making it simple for me to reach every feature it offers.

In my experience Brokermint packs plenty of useful features. What stands out most to me is the QuickBooks integration it's surprisingly reliable and flows very smoothly overall. On top of that, I find the calendar, meeting management and syncing functionality to be excellent.
Cons
I'd like to see it support integrations with a wider range of well-known accounting platforms. I genuinely believe this tool has a lot of untapped potential. Right now it serves as a pretty great one stop solution for handling most brokerage and real estate tasks but if they add more add-ons and broaden the accounting capabilities, it could evolve into a complete end to end system.

“Combines MLS And CRM In One Platform
Pros
One of the things I like most about this software is that it combines MLS and CRM into a single platform which makes organizing listings pretty easy and really supports growing my business. In short having everything housed in one place is a big plus. I also love how simple it is to pull up transaction details since everything is stored digitally and can be accessed with a quick email. On top of that I can monitor my commissions right in the system, so my financials stay clear. The built-in QuickBooks integration is another huge time-saver and makes the whole process much easier to manage.
Cons
Nothing negative to report right now. Every so often the system runs slowly but I can live with that.

Pros
What I really like about this product is that I can connect our CRM so all contacts and transactions live in a single spot. I no longer have to do manual bookkeeping because uploading data into other software is easy too and that smooth transfer helps keep things error-free. Overall, integrating systems with Seamless makes my workflow much cleaner and faster.
Cons
I find the transaction view takes more time than I'd like because it doesn't let me compare one business alongside another which complicates completing my checklists. Also, since the system relies on syncing with third-party tools, I have run into backend API issues that can create errors and require the product team to step in and investigate. That dependency can slow things down when problems crop up.

This tool keeps me organized. Because of this system I have managed to shorten a couple of closing timelines. The layout is modern and very easy to navigate. What I really like is that everything is paperless which makes things simpler for everyone taking part in the home buying process. I would recommend this software to anyone working in real estate or as a broker. People of varying tech skills can get comfortable with it quickly. It also helps me keep track of transaction management, reporting and commissions.
Cons
There's quite a few updates pushed through. On the plus side, that signals the software is evolving and becoming increasingly useful. I have run into two crashes myself but killing the process with Task Manager and restarting the program resolved the issue each time.

“Streamlines contacts however a little slow
Pros
The best thing about BoldTrail BackOffice is that it hooks straight into my CRM, letting me streamline contact transactions across the business. I no longer have to handle bookkeeping by hand because I can upload records automatically and the whole process is quick and user friendly. Plus it saves me time and reduces errors, making everyday accounting much easier to manage.
Cons
I do wish viewing all of my transactions in one place was smoother. Right now I have to pick items one at a time which ends up eating a lot of my time when I am working through batches. It would be perfect if the tool included a built-in CSM so I wouldn't have to buy and connect another piece of software which adds extra costs and complexity to my operation.
