“Simple pick-up and mobile access

Pros

What I like most is how simple it is to pick up and use. Plus having the mobile app and built in e-signature tool available whenever I need them.

Cons

I am disappointed by the lack of customization in the system, because it stops me from adapting it to my own workflows and preferences.

Pros

Brokermint syncs with QuickBooks and they work together smoothly.

Cons

Every so often I notice there's a delay before Brokermint actually pushes transactions over to QuickBooks.

The customer service was outstanding when we signed up. They were very responsive to questions and issues during setup and even scheduled a group video meeting to help onboard our team and ensure we knew about all the features. Exceptional customer service. We also love the customizable checklists and the document splitting/merging feature, which I use the most.

Cons

Up until this year, the biggest frustration was the lack of an app. They have one now!

It is incredibly easy to use. Filing documents, merging them, and finding them is effortless. I also like that there is a library to store blank documents for future use.

There's not much good I can see. It's quite a terrible program that only wastes my time and hampers my real estate business.

I absolutely hate this program. It's useless, you have to do the entire transaction twice. First on paper, then upload it, and redo it on Brokermint. A huge waste of time, and the program is just awful. Things stay red even when everything is complete.

Simple to use, and it offers unlimited templates that you can stack into one transaction. You can create CDAs and keep internal forms organized in one place. This software also has email capabilities and audit functionality.

I would love it if Brokermint incorporated more timeline dates. That's the only thing I'd add.

Their team is very willing to add additional contract templates to the program.

It felt unintuitive, the interface is extremely limited. You must use their transaction templates, which become tedious and cumbersome during daily transaction management, lacking flexibility and on-the-fly adjustments.

Very easy to set up and teach the team! The setup was painless but repetitive. We've significantly reduced the time spent on files.

We transitioned from paper files to this product and couldn't be happier with our choice. I can't think of anything we don't like, except we'd like to have a GROSS and NET agent dollar report.

I find Brokermint simple to share across my whole support team when I am opening files and managing transactions.

Occasionally Brokermint acts a bit temperamental when I open documents. I have run into problems saving forms that already existed and I end up having to re-enter information I have already filled out.
