Brokermint bring together all our real estate data which makes it easy for me to access and analyze information and helps me anticipate future pricing trends.
Cons
Its cash flow output feels overly basic and I would expect more advanced options from it for example prepayment assumptions, reinvestment scenarios and inflation adjustments among other features.

To me it's essentially a CRM, an accounting tool and a personal assistant all in one for real estate agents. The design looks polished and the higher-tier subscription even supports domain integration so I can really control my workflow.
Cons
Occasionally the app is slow to load, although in my experience this tends to be caused by a full cache rather than a problem with the software itself.

I have tested many different software solutions and to me Brokermint stands out as the bestplus their team continually rolls out improvements, so using it is genuinely enjoyable.

Their customer support is outstanding they usually reply within a few hours and quickly address requests, issues, or feature enhancements.
Cons
One issue I run into is that transaction checklists don't display side-by-side instead, I have to open each checklist individually to view it which quickly becomes tedious.

In my experience, Brokermint is hands down the most powerful and user-friendly real estate transaction management system I have used. I have tried a number of different solutions and this one clearly rises above the rest. The team continually pushes out enhancements which I appreciate because the product keeps getting better. A lot of other apps make you click through too many steps to complete basic tasks but Brokermint packs deep functionality while staying easy to navigate. I particularly like the PDF features that let me merge and split files without hassle. It also offers a surprising amount of customization so I can shape it to fit my business workflows. Support has been outstanding quick, reliable and unlike any I have encountered before.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of any drawbacks there really aren't any issues for me and the application feels perfect for our needs.

We've consistently had outstanding support from their customer service team. Whenever we ask for a change, it gets handled quickly sometimes within a few hours and other times within a couple of days depending on what we need. Their online help has been phenomenal because many of our agents are older and not very tech-savvy, the step-by-step remote assistance let them get comfortable with Broker Mint in just minutes. Also, Broker Mint actually adjusted their platform layout to suit our specific workflows, something I don't think any other vendor would have done for us. Andrew deserves special mention whenever I request something he listens and does his best to make it happen for us.

Honestly I have nothing negative to report Broker Mint continually enhances their paperless system.

Over the years I have tested several transaction management solutions for my office and BrokerMint stood out. Plus its interface is also clean and user friendly, so my agents picked it up quickly without much training. For me it became the most practical way to handle office operations and keep documents organized online no matter where I happen to be. Honestly this turned out to be the best match I have found for running my real estate office.
Cons
When I first signed up with BrokerMint, e-signature functionality wasn't offered which was a bit inconvenient at the time but I am glad to say that feature has since been added to the platform.

“Links with existing setup, reasonable fee
Pros
Brokermint doesn't force me to abandon my existing setup and adopt their entire ecosystem. It links with our CRM Nimble, our accounting platform QuickBooks Online, the MLS and all the Google apps we use. Other transaction and accounting tools often demand that you leave behind everything you've built and essentially 'marry' their platform. After investing so much time I couldn't accept that. Also, those all-in-one solutions can carry high costs, whereas Brokermint charges a reasonable fee. It's not cheap but it's a fair investment for the functionality it provides. I am very pleased with it! and it saves us a lot of hassle and time.
Cons
One thing I'd change is being able to view transaction checklists side by side. Right now I have to open each file separately just to look at a checklist which is slow and clunky.
