I am very pleased with how easy it is to create and modify expense reports using this system! It's incredibly convenient to add notes or instructions if needed, and the option to forward reports to another manager for approval is an excellent feature. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the functionality and features this expense reporting platform provides.
Cons
It would be extremely helpful if I could make multiple changes to my expense report all at once. Instead of going through the process of changing the receipt, saving it, then making corrections to the Category, Reason box, and other fields, and saving again, it would save a lot of time if all modifications could be done in one go.

We primarily use Emburse for our itinerant staff who travel between schools daily. Our policy deducts the daily commute. We'd prefer to deduct the daily commute from each leg of their daily travels, not just once. Currently, the system deducts the home commute only when they travel from or to home. For instance, if an employee's daily commute is 20 miles roundtrip and they travel 30 miles, we reimburse them for 10 miles. If they end their travel at a school closer to home, their home commute isn't deducted if it's less than their commuted miles.
