Pros

What I appreciate is how user friendly it is. It lets me concentrate on buying and selling, while DC organizes all the details for me.

Cons

Frankly, I haven't found any flaws in my experience DC is the top option available.

Comfortable navigation, best with Westlake

Pros

I am comfortable using it everywhere navigation is simple and I find it's the best option when paired with Westlake.

Cons

Well the recent updates have made it a bit less user-friendly for me.

Great service with mobile-friendly app

Pros

They offer a great service and interface very user-friendly too it's genuinely a helpful tool, especially because it's mobile-friendly and the app is so easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes the overseas tech support can be a bit of a hassle for me, though more often than not I manage to get issues resolved okay.

Powerful platform for independent dealer

Pros

One thing I really love is the number of features come in the base package from DMS to Finance Apps. It feels like a very powerful platform that's ideal for any independent dealer.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything that bothers me. One suggestion would be to refine the UX design a little but beyond that I have no other complaints.

Great tool, use for DMS and BDC

Pros

Overall it is a great tool but I mainly use cloud-based one-source DMS and BDC integration capability

Cons

My issue is too many changes but eventually I adapt since it's for improvement overall

I mainly rely on KBB and AutoCheck exclusively right now and in my experience those tools work really well.

Cons

It annoys me that I am repeatedly forced to log in and I keep running into app login problems.

Really easy to pick up

Pros

DealerCenter is really easy to pick up, even if you're completely new to dealership management software. The interface is clean and navigating around it feels very natural. It combines everything I needinventory management, customer relationship features, tools for structuring deals and credit application processingso it acts as a one-stop solution that genuinely simplifies daily operations.

Cons

While the core features are pretty simple, I noticed some of the more advanced tools take a little time to learn and get comfortable with. Fortunately, it offers strong training materials that made the learning curve much more manageable for me.

Appreciate pulling credit while entering details

I really like the platform the workflows feel seamless and I can move through tasks quickly and easily without any hassle.

Cons

That said, I have run into issues with the titles window it needs improvement because it won't always refresh, so uploaded registrations don't consistently show up.

Easy navigation with plenty of features

Pros

For me, this platform is really easy to navigate and packs plenty of useful features considering what it costs.

Cons

It is frustrating that printing a deal sheet that includes multiple terms is tricky maybe it's just me and I haven't figured out how to do it but I searched everywhere and couldn't get it to work.

The platform is easy to navigate, the support team is friendly and it's dependable.

Cons

For my part, I still feel the product lags in several important features, although the team is rolling out updates every day to add functionality. At times I think they overcomplicate thingsless really can be more. Also, a plea to anyone creating a dealer-focused service please stop appending 'dealer' to your business name it's unnecessary. Thanks!

Instant vehicle upload

Pros

When I upload a vehicle it shows up instantly so everyone can view it right away.

Cons

What annoys me is that there are certain actions I cannot perform on my phone through the app, so I am forced to use a desktop computer which is really inconvenient.

Pros

The software gives me access to a ton of features honestly it's like having a complete CRM when I need one.

Cons

At first I had a hard time locating certain features and it felt pretty confusing but after using it a bit I learned the layout and things became much easier.

Pros

As someone who uses it regularly, I find the interface very user-friendly it lets me keep several screens open at once so I can easily flip between different clients. I also appreciate being able to create tasks and reminders that sync with my phone.

Cons

Unfortunately, I cannot set multiple appointments that overlap within the same time frame which limits my scheduling flexibility.
