I can easily run autochecks, perform appraisals and obtain valuations, so as a wholesaler tool it covers several of my needs.
Cons
The home screen feels cluttered and needs simplification I don't need to see so much information right on the main screen.

“Great value but updates harm usability”
Pros
For the price, I think it's a really great, full-featured system and I like how easy it is to integrate with other tools.
Cons
Over time they've pushed frequent updates that are supposed to make things better but I have found the product becoming less user-friendly new releases often introduce more bugs and cause the platform to run slower. The more they try to improve it, the more the overall usability and core functionality seem to suffer.

I can see real integration potential to eliminate Fraser and the separate website and to stop Cuddle from existing as its own standalone system, among other things.
Cons
We need more hands-on support to help with integrations and to phase out overlapping services that we're currently maintaining.

Pros
Everyone on the staff I have interacted with has been genuinely kind and professional which I really like. We also found it surprisingly easy to migrate all of our data and get our account completely set up without many headaches.
Cons
I did notice that a number of the features take a little while for me to figure out which can slow things down when I am trying to move quickly.

I really like the clean presentation and how simple it is to log in and I also value that I can shift or change vehicles between deals without trouble.
Cons
From what I have seen it does not really meet the needs of a service station. So I'd like to see more tools for tracking vehicle maintenance and accounting that are tailored to that type of business.
