I have my inventory, my financing, contacts, and webpage all through Dealercenter. I can handle all my dealership business at one location. The support staff has guided me through everything concerning Dealer Center.

“Huge range & fast deal processing”

Honestly DealerCenter caught me off guard with how much it covers, handling a huge range of dealership tasks. For example, I can organize and maintain my inventory, publish vehicles directly to our website and configure feeds to external listing sites. The integrated CRM lets me handle customers and nurture leads without jumping between tools. What I like most is how well it pulls credit reports and forwards customers to lenders as that part feels really good. Also it is fast and great to desk a deal, submit it, monitor applications and then convert an approval into a contract.
Cons
Printing, though, can be frustrating for me. As the whole process feels clunky. There are too many clicks and confirmation steps required before documents actually print which slows me down.

“everything at a single tap”
Pros
What I really appreciate about this software is that the app puts literally everything I need at a single tap. I can pull up the Carfax, check my inventory, view the banks I am dealing with as truly everything is in one place. The feature I value most is seeing when a buyer gets bank approval, plus being able to tell exactly what steps remain at the dealership so I can coordinate and keep things moving.
Cons
I do find one annoying thing I have to log in repeatedly throughout the day which is a hassle, though I understand it's probably for security and to protect our data. Apart from that inconvenience, the system works well for me and I haven't run into any significant problems with inventory or other core functions.
