DEALER CENTER IS A LIFE SAVER

Pros

As part of the CDK shutdown, Dealer Center has been crucial to keeping us operational. It has significantly reduced our time spent on finance with customers by allowing us to print forms instead of handwriting them. Cutstomer support team from Westlake provided invaluable support during this challenging time, spending hours programming all four of our stores and ensuring our team understood the system. Without her, we would have been lost. Many thanks to the entire team for their support during this crisis.

Cons

Currently, I haven't identified any downsides as we're effectively inputting deals.
