Pros
Lately I have been getting much more interaction from customers through DealerCenter so my deal flow has definitely picked up and I am closing more sales than ever. And whenever I have questions, my account reps respond almost instantly even if they don't have the answer on the spot, they follow up quickly. Adding it to my setup completely turned things around ss the moment I enabled it, my CRM went crazy with activity and leads started pouring in.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve but I expected some adjustment when moving to a different software provider, so it was not a surprise.

What stood out to me was their customer service and product line. Derek stepped in to help and I'd pick them over Frazer any day.
Cons

Pros
I am most impressed by DealerCenter's outstanding customer support. Whenever I reach out for assistance, they respond quickly and always help me find a fix. My account rep consistently goes the extra mile for me. In short I genuinely enjoy working with the DMS as it's user friendly, fast and supported by a team that truly cares.
Cons
If I am being real I am a big fan of this tool and everything it offers. So there is nothing about the software that I dislike.

“Smooth move with built-in marketing”
Pros
When we moved our inventory from our old software into DealerCenter, the process was unexpectedly smooth and stress-free. The interface is also user-friendly which helped our staff get up to speed quickly. A feature I especially appreciate is the built-in marketing tools as it lets us post listings to major sites like Facebook Marketplace, eBay and Craigslist without having to log into each platform separately. This saves us a lot of time and keeps our listings consistent everywhere.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any complaints. this software has been very useful for helping me track our entire inventory.

Pros
I like that it brings several lenders together so I can submit finance applications to many at once. It also supports e-signing for most lenders, includes TurboPass for income checks and gets funding really quickly.
Cons
Pricing gets expensive as you add more features. Personally I wish some of the fees were much lower for small independent dealerships.

It is easy to use as everything is right at my fingertips. Plus it's so convenient to access tools and information instantly.
Cons
One thing I have noticed that it does not always forward the application to the banks and sometimes it's tricky to jump back to the place I was working. I really need a save tap or button so I can store the deal I was on before switching to another car.

Access to every portal is pretty easy for me. I also like how quickly I can locate all my clients and how it automatically adds relevant information.
Cons
Occasionally the system glitches on me. I also cannot access Experian credit reports at times and client statuses sometimes show up incorrectly.

It is user-friendly and its clean, attractive interface makes navigation a pleasure while still offering a lot of power. I also like the flexibility to add specific products only when I need them which helps keep pricing competitive. Plus frequent updates and ongoing improvements gradually make the experience better over time.
Cons
The tool sometimes signs me out randomly which is frustrating during mid-task. Also I have noticed a few glitches after certain updates that need to be fixed.
