Pros
I have gotten instant, top-notch help from Mark Brady. My team relies on DealerCenter for our CRM and DMS, as our website provider, for credit reports, booking services and even Autocheck history reports.
Cons
We struggled to get the hang of the program initially however, after the training and ongoing support, it's become an excellent tool that we use every single day, all day long.

Their chat is staffed by real people and it feels like they actually try to help.
Cons
In my experience the sales team is essentially useless. as when I ask for a return call I usually never hear back and the rare time someone does ring me it's only to push another product or service.

This platform is incredibly user-friendly and whenever I have needed help their support team has been excellent.
Cons
What I have noticed is that they keep releasing more tools every month some of them are included in the package while others require an upgrade but overall everything seems aimed at improving the user experience.

I have really enjoyed working with April Asuega, our Account Executive as she's fantastic and always ready to help whenever I need assistance. DealerCenter itself is impressive it has so many options and selections to choose from and the representatives are knowledgeable as well. I am genuinely grateful for all the support they provided while we were getting these new dealerships up and running.
Cons
One complaint is that I have to purchase each program separately and each one carries a different price which can add up and make things more expensive than I expected.

April consistently goes out of her way to ensure I understand how to use DealerCenter to its maximum potential. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she's always a cheerful voice on the line, ready to walk me through it. She helped me set up all the workflows plus the email and text templates so my customers would receive prompt, timely responses.
Cons
My only real complaint about DealerCenter is they frequently change features in the system without giving any advance notice or a heads-up which can be disruptive.

Pros
For BHPH I get excellent reports that let me monitor every payment and remaining balance across accounts. The reports are fully adjustable to suit my preferences and if I am not into poring over long reports they have visual dashboards that make the whole portfolio much easier to grasp. I can even submit reports to credit bureaus it's genuinely an all-in-one platform.
Cons
There is this one thing that I still have to collect physical or 'wet', signatures which slows things down. If they integrated DocuSign it would manage the sales workflow and make the whole signing process much smoother.

With DealerCenter's mobile app, I can snap photos using my iPhone and immediately post them to our website which is something my current DMS, Frazer, doesn't offer as a built-in feature.
