Relies on it for CRM and DMS

Pros

I have gotten instant, top-notch help from Mark Brady. My team relies on DealerCenter for our CRM and DMS, as our website provider, for credit reports, booking services and even Autocheck history reports.

Cons

We struggled to get the hang of the program initially however, after the training and ongoing support, it's become an excellent tool that we use every single day, all day long.

Absolutely amazing and offer outstanding support

Pros

Using DealerCenter is absolutely effortless for me. Whenever something does become tricky, I always get outstanding support to sort it out. Saul is THE MAN!

Cons

I honestly cannot come up with anything I don't like about DealerCenter.

their sales team is useless

Pros

Their chat is staffed by real people and it feels like they actually try to help.

Cons

In my experience the sales team is essentially useless. as when I ask for a return call I usually never hear back and the rare time someone does ring me it's only to push another product or service.

incredibly user-friendly, excellent support

Pros

This platform is incredibly user-friendly and whenever I have needed help their support team has been excellent.

Cons

What I have noticed is that they keep releasing more tools every month some of them are included in the package while others require an upgrade but overall everything seems aimed at improving the user experience.

Fantastic rep and impressive options

Pros

I have really enjoyed working with April Asuega, our Account Executive as she's fantastic and always ready to help whenever I need assistance. DealerCenter itself is impressive it has so many options and selections to choose from and the representatives are knowledgeable as well. I am genuinely grateful for all the support they provided while we were getting these new dealerships up and running.

Cons

One complaint is that I have to purchase each program separately and each one carries a different price which can add up and make things more expensive than I expected.

Rep ensures maximum platform potential

Pros

April consistently goes out of her way to ensure I understand how to use DealerCenter to its maximum potential. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she's always a cheerful voice on the line, ready to walk me through it. She helped me set up all the workflows plus the email and text templates so my customers would receive prompt, timely responses.

Cons

My only real complaint about DealerCenter is they frequently change features in the system without giving any advance notice or a heads-up which can be disruptive.

Professional team helps with daily tasks

Pros

I really value how professional my account rep and the rest of the team are they consistently help me with my day-to-day tasks in a respectful and reliable way.

Cons

Overall my experience with this product has been pretty great over the years I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and continue to be satisfied.

Always reach a real person

Pros

Whenever I call customer service, I always end up talking to an actual person and I particularly appreciate the way Ryan communicates with me now.

Cons

I cannot recall a single time when I didn't enjoy working with Ryan or any of the DealerCenter reps.

visual dashboards

Pros

For BHPH I get excellent reports that let me monitor every payment and remaining balance across accounts. The reports are fully adjustable to suit my preferences and if I am not into poring over long reports they have visual dashboards that make the whole portfolio much easier to grasp. I can even submit reports to credit bureaus it's genuinely an all-in-one platform.

Cons

There is this one thing that I still have to collect physical or 'wet', signatures which slows things down. If they integrated DocuSign it would manage the sales workflow and make the whole signing process much smoother.

Snap and post photos immediately

Pros

With DealerCenter's mobile app, I can snap photos using my iPhone and immediately post them to our website which is something my current DMS, Frazer, doesn't offer as a built-in feature.

Cons

Up to this point I haven't had any complaints with the system.

Through this site, I am able to handle all of my financing transactions, marketing efforts and bookings in one place which manages my workflow and saves time.

Cons

Love customer service, deals in one place

Pros

I absolutely love the customer service I get from my rep Bryan and from Stephen having WL.Cash deals and fiance deals managed together in one place makes everything so convenient for me.

Cons

Personally I preferred the website's previous layout instead of the new one as I find the older version easier to navigate and more simple overall.

bhph data tools are the best

We genuinely love using the BHPH platform for its data analysis tools and Saul managed to connect us with both auto-pay and online payment setups which has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

Handles inventory, deals and advertising

Pros

Well I have been able to handle almost everything I need on this platform such as inventory management, deal processing and even advertising tasks. I also rely on it for Buy Here Pay Here operations to keep track of my customers payments and outstanding balances.

Cons

To be honest I don't have any complaints as everything has been excellent. Since I began using DealerCenter a few months ago, I haven't encountered a single negative issue.

Best compatibility, pleasant support

Pros

The customer support consistently pleasant to interact with and the platform includes every feature a dealer could want. I have used two other DMS solutions Frazer and DCS and neither came close to matching DealerCenter's level of compatibility.

Cons

CRM keeps leads organized

Pros

My rep Stephenie is consistently supportive and available whenever I need assistance. I believe the CRM will help our dealership keep leads organized and even the most basic tier functions as a real CRM instead of merely importing leads like V12 does.

Cons

Nothing major but I'd like to be able to edit my own Craigslist ads and to have access to a wider selection of lenders.
