“Best software around for car independent dealerships”
Pros
Managing our entire business from one platform with DealerCenter has been a game-changer. Their CRM is top-notch, the inventory management is user-friendly, and the ability to submit to all lenders in one system, including RouteOne, is incredibly efficient. Switching from Frazer was seamless, and they even migrated all our data at no extra cost, saving us time and hassle. If you're an independent dealer, DealerCenter is a must!
Cons
I really can't find anything negative to say about DealerCenter; it meets all my expectations and needs perfectly.

“Seller Center”
Pros
The design is striking and exceptionally intuitive. I would recommend this to anyone, even those not very familiar with computers. Desktop and mobile features for assessing strategies are straightforward to integrate.
Cons
The con is that state rules compromise the full impact of the doorway sellers' offers that may be valuable in specific circumstances, like filling out paperwork for newcomers who might not remember where clients should sign documentation.

“Worth the Switch!”
Pros
Transitioning from Dealr.Cloud to DealerCenter seemed daunting at first, but thanks to the DealerCenter support team, it was made incredibly easy. Their knowledge and quick response time made all the difference. I'd recommend DealerCenter without hesitation!
Cons
It can be intimidating at first because they literally have and can do EVERYTHING you need for your dealership, but with the help of my reps, who are always happy to help and point me in the right direction, it's worth taking the time to learn.

“Excellent choice for customer support automation.”
Pros
It is quite literally a customer support manager for my company. DealerCenter has the ability to quickly create and modify templates as per your needs, which would make your workflow a lot smoother. Our clients have the confidence that whenever they approach us for support, at least someone will be there to respond, even if its just the software. We have created a lot of commonly used email and text templates that make our work faster and keep our clients happy. They have assigned an agent to us to specifically deal with our companys problems, and it feels great to be catered to this extent.
Cons
They price the features based on how much they are used, which is a very strang thing to do for such a large service provider. We started using it because it didnt add much to the price we already paid, but the price quickly rose to the point where the benefits were overshadowed by the price. Its not good for reporting; if youre looking for something with better reporting capabilities, look elsewhere. And they update the system out of nowhere, which would even interrupt your workflow, and youd have no prior information about it.

“Affordable CRM but inconsistent integrations”
Pros
I get all the tracking and organization features you'd expect from a top notch CRM and I pay far less for it than most competitors that offer a comparable set of tools.
Cons
For me integrations with other systems have been pretty inconsistent, working well sometimes but failing or being unreliable at other times.
