I find the product very much user-friendly, meeting all our needs perfectly. The price and support provided are truly awesome.
Cons
The fixed asset module needs some improvement so that I can add existing assets at their original cost and use the current accumulated depreciation.

“Perfect software for nonprofits
Pros
For medium to smaller not-for-profits, this software is a top choice. It operates on the cloud, which eliminates the need for a server. It automatically backs up and saves data and its modules cater to all the requirements of a not-for-profit organization.
Cons
I haven't encountered any issues with this software yet, and I haven't discovered any cons too. However, it appears to be most suitable for medium to small not-for-profit organizations.

“So easy to learn without much accounting experience
Pros
I was impressed by how easily I learned and integrated the software into our business. I started from scratch, setting up general ledger numbering, accounts, payables, invoicing and receivables, as well as designing the desired layout for financial statements. Everything fell into place flawlessly and I didn't need to rely on customer service.
Cons
Sometimes, the pre-programmed reports didn't include all the information I wanted to print. Nonetheless, I was always able to locate the necessary information, although at times I had to print additional details along with it.

The implementation process was thoughtfully planned and thorough. It involved scheduled calls and homework assignments for reviewing information and addressing any questions. The software itself is remarkably user-friendly, with a wide range of reporting options, like customizable reports and exports to Excel. It's easy to locate information and report queues allow you to run multiple reports simultaneously.
Cons
When managing multiple departments, programs and funding sources, it's important to be aware of the specific date ranges required for each in order for the reports to display accurately. The budgeting module lacks flexibility and can be challenging to navigate.

“Affordable and reliable accounting tool
Pros
The system is user-friendly and looks familiar. It perfectly suits our needs for separate accounting of programs. Each member of the fiscal staff can easily adjust tables and reports according to their requirements.
Cons
Customizing reports is a labor intensive and time consuming process. Also setting up individual budgets can be difficult since the budget setup is at a global level. We were informed when we initially got the software that ACH payment for accounts payable would be available soon, but it has been two years and they are still "working on it."

“Meets our needs and easy to use
Pros
Fund EZ software is easy to use and offers great features. The phone support is excellent and regular updates are provided. The price is also reasonable and offers multiple options for generating reports, which have prolonged consistently with the updates.
Cons
The customer support is excellent but the built-in help resources are limited. The cost is competitive, although not cheap. Having used it for several years, I have noticed that some improvements, while helpful, could be even better if there was more willingness to modify the basic structure. However, this is a common characteristic of all software over time.

“Simple setup with user-friendly toolbars
Pros
The most significant asset to me is to have the option to drill down within a report and access underlying details. Client invoicing is also simplified.
Cons
It would be extremely beneficial and helpful if I could see the accompanying check number on the AP Invoice Detail record within a GL Acct Detail report drilldown. This would allow me to determine at a glance whether or not the item has been paid, without having to access another report separately.

“Very intuitive and easy reports
Pros
It offers multiple levels of reporting. I can generate reports based on general ledger numbers, grants, programs, departments and more. The reports come out beautifully, eliminating the need for exporting and tweaking. They truly reflect the financial statements of a non-profit organization.
Cons
The customer service is excellent, although it's worth noting that they operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST). For agencies located in Central Standard Time (CST), Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST), it can be frustrating when you can't reach customer service after 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm. However, they are responsive and will address your inquiries the following morning.

Pros
We implemented this software ourselves and thoroughly enjoyed using it. The best part was its ease of use as it significantly reducing training time compared to our previous software. This saved us valuable time and money. I highly recommend it!
Cons
Unfortunately, within our first six months, we were forced to switch away from this software because the larger organization adopted a different software solution.

Pros
During my time as an intern at a small nonprofit, I used this program. It was way to simple to learn and whenever I had any questions, the customer service provided tremendous assistance. I greatly like having this kind of support especially for fundraising events that were vital to our organization. The program was clear, concise and highly functional.

Both the customer service and technical support were very helpful. The best part is that they offer an Amazon gift card just for reviewing their product.
Cons
It could be made easier to use. I found it a bit complex to use in the beginning. Anyhow it currently meets my needs and I haven't encountered anything I dislike, except for the fact that it could be more user-friendly for first-time users.

It fulfills all my needs and even goes beyond. I can't imagine how I managed without this product for my business in the past.
Cons

“Great tool, great customer support
Pros
The technical support is outstanding. They take full responsibility for every issue and keep up with it until it is resolved. The latest software upgrade brings almost as much functionality as MIP/Abila but with a much more intuitive user interface. Users can easily create their own report formats. The Pro-writer feature allows organizations to fully customize their account structure.
Cons
Despite having robust multi-currency functionality, it does not yet offer a Spanish language version.
