Pros

From my experience, iAuditor is easily the most complete all in one compliance platform I have worked with so far. I also really like how user friendly it is, the huge library of templates and the ability to upload data in real time all of which are excellent.

Cons

The only real drawback is the extra effort required if I want to export the templates I have created into PDF format. As the process isn't as simple as I'd like.

The app slots neatly into whatever audit format I need which makes it really user-friendly no matter who is using it. It automatically records audit specifics like the exact date and time, then proceeds through the remaining questions in a smooth flow and it lets me add photos and detailed notes as needed.

At first, I struggled to locate the correct template to start conducting audits which was a bit confusing.

iAuditor lets our team build service-specific forms with dynamic fields, insert photos straight into the report and handle conditional question-and-answer sections within the report.

We find the export formatting for iAuditor to Word or PDF fairly restrictive and having greater customization options would let us produce files that need almost no further editing.

It is really easy to use, it generates very detailed reports and I can train new employees on it without much trouble.

One thing I have noticed is the Word export is fairly rudimentary, so I spend a lot of time reformatting the output before it becomes a polished, shareable report.

iAuditor handles the basics well. such as with it making templates is easy, entering data on-site is simple and pulling basic reports is quick.

However, I feel the tool is fairly limited in capability as the API isn't very reliable for linking to reporting platforms, export files often omit in-progress or incomplete inspections and there isn't good support for bulk exporting data to the web interface.

I am impressed by how customizable it is, how simple it is to use and the responsive customer support. I also appreciate that they continually enhance both the product and services.

Honestly I haven't run into any issues as everything works well, the features are great and the support team is excellent.

The way it connects flawlessly with other tools, particularly Tableau, has made my reporting tasks so much easier than before. I have found audits are far more organized with iAuditor these days. Previously I really struggled to keep audits and checklists under control, so this is a big improvement.

The desktop app works well overall and I don't have many complaints there. On the other hand, when I use the mobile app I have run into syncing problems occasionally. Fortunately those glitches only happen now and then, so they haven't been a constant headache.

I have found the app creates an exceptionally tidy, polished and professional result. It was easy to pick up as the learning curve was very short and the outputs look great. For a custodial inspection workflow, it let me snap photos, assign grades and jot down notes on each item I inspected. The generated report also looks clean and professional which I really appreciated.

With the free tier, I am limited to a fixed number of uses each month. Because I needed to photograph a lot of items, I quickly burned through my allowance. That said, I genuinely believe that if I upgraded to a bigger plan that offered more capacity and data storage, this would easily become a top-notch program for my needs.

What I love is how easy it is to put together audit checklists and how practical it feels when I am doing in-person, on-site audits.

Honestly I cannot think of any downsides to this tool. from my perspective, there aren't any.

It's fairly easy to use. I am not huge on tech and after dealing with apps that were either overly complex or too restrictive in the past, iAuditor has felt refreshingly simple and very easy to navigate.

Because I prefer to keep things fairly simple, I sometimes find it hard to turn my ideas into a functioning template. But thankfully a colleague from another authority recommended it and has helped me put together the templates I need, taking time to walk me through the setup step by step until I felt comfortable using them, so in the end that's really only a small issue.

iAuditor is very easy to use, completely hassle-free and the templates were genuinely helpful.

There was nothing about it that I didn't like.
