One thing I appreciate is the ability to score departments and set KPIs, then monitor and track them in real time.

However, I find it lacks strong, auditable close-out functionality that allows non-system users to add comments or attach photos and other evidence directly to an action as proof of the work performed. This capability is critical for BRC, ISO22000 and other GFSI certification schemes but today it still relies on a system user to upload or enter that evidence for every single action. Because of that manual dependency the close-out process becomes very time consuming and the validity of a closed action is sometimes questionable since another party may be editing the record.

It is pretty easy to use overall and being able to work on the go matters a lot to me.

No real issues for me. I'd just love it if the app could send me a notification when I am close to a location where I could run an iAuditor inspection.

I find the interface really easy on the eyes, very user-friendly and incredibly simple to navigate.

At first, the save/close options for inspections were a bit confusing as I couldn't tell whether an inspection was marked as completed but after a short while we got used to it.

Once I have the forms set up, using the app becomes fantastic. I have cut down on paper and receive instant reports as soon as inspections finish.

Every time I sign into the web version, all the files I'd previously archived pop back up in the inspections tab. When I raised the problem with support they said the cause was a user unarchiving files outside of business hours and they maintained no one from iAuditor should have been accessing anything after hours. Because no other customers had reported similar behavior, support wasn't able to offer me much practical assistance. We handle more than a thousand forms each week and the ability to archive reliably was the primary reason we picked this product so we could review items on our own schedule. After we committed to a long-term contract these kinds of problems suddenly began happening which is frustrating. It makes me wonder whether the system can cope with the volume of forms we process daily.
