Pros

I find this software very much simple, easy to set up and use. Its capability to be accessed from any location is something I like the most. Plus, the customer support is available 24/7, so I always have assistance when I need it.

Cons

I have found that customizing this software is not an easy process. Additionally, I have noticed occasional lags that affect its performance.

Pros

This software covers everything from quoting and billing to distribution, accounting and MTAs. It is very helpful for managing all tasks in one unified platform.

Cons

The chatbot, which the software highlights as a key feature, could definitely benefit from some enhancements for real improvement. Other than that, I see a lot of potential in it.
