Great tool to manage AR
Pros

Implementing InvoiceSherpa across platforms like QuickBooks and configuring it in the software is very easy. It provides the option to automatically or manually send out statements to customers, which boosts our AR department's capacity to pursue difficult to obtain payments. Moreover, our customers can easily access open invoices through the online portal, reducing communication costs.

Cons

It would be ideal if the pricing package could offer more flexibility to accommodate our fluctuating business needs throughout different seasons. Sometimes, we experience lower transaction volumes, and it would be great if the price could reflect that instead of paying the same amount during our busy season.

Invoice Sherpa
Pros

What I find most appealing about Invoice Sherpa is the feature to customize emails according to my preferences, including attachments and schedule them to be sent to specific customers.

Cons

The platform lacks user-friendliness, and one must be cautious as it can unintentionally send out emails on your behalf.

A great way to automate billing
Pros

InvoiceSherpa has made automating billing with automated payments and QuickBooks Online updates extremely easy.

Cons

There were instances where support was lacking since it was solely provided by a single person who was the owner, creator and developer.

Solid Integration
Pros

The integration with QuickBooks Online is seamless. It's user-friendly and once set up, it works excellently, with payment integration.

Cons

I noticed a slight lack of functionality in certain areas where I wished the system could perform specific tasks and generate more comprehensive reports.

This is the best A/R solution we've found for QBO, but they have practically zero customer service
Pros

Automated accounts receivable: invoices created in QBO are automatically emailed without requiring any user interaction. The system also sends automated reminders and statements, all branded with our company's identity. Customers can conveniently make online payments via ACH/Credit Card using Intuit, and the software handles automated credit card convenience fees and late fee invoices.

Cons

The customer service is practically non-existent, with unanswered chat, email and phone inquiries for weeks. Their absence on social media also raises concerns. I hope they prioritize improving their customer service. Despite this, I plan to continue using this platform as long as it remains functional. I've only been using it for three months so far.

Could have been good, but endless BUGS, speed issues
Pros

I love almost all the set of features offered by Invoice Sherpa. While the interface has an appealing design, it unfortunately feels a bit weird to work with. However, the initial customer support experience was truly exceptional.

Cons

Oh, the frustration with the bugs! It was a nightmare hunting down glitches and bugs in my billing every month. I encountered situations where subscriptions wouldn't get charged randomly, payments would be recorded twice, the charge amounts would be incorrect and even customers who weren't on autopay would get auto-charged - it was a mess! The deposit report was completely unreliable and inaccurate which force me to gain direct login access to the payment gateway for reconciliation. Tracking what had and hadn't happened each month was more difficult than managing subscriptions manually. I kept hoping the bugs would be fixed, but eventually, I made the tough decision to switch to a new software (transitions are always challenging!). On top of the bugs, I struggled with the interface, having to navigate back and forth between multiple tabs to find the necessary information. Additionally, loading new screens or refreshing after adding new information was painfully slow, making the process even more burdensome. The customer support initially provided was excellent, but it seemed they grew faster than they could handle, and support deteriorated rapidly.

10/10!
Pros

I absolutely love this product and would highly recommend it to any business owner, regardless of their business size. It offers great features and is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons

I genuinely failed to find a single con about this product. It has become our go to solution for all our invoicing needs.

Streamlined our collections in a matter of days!
Pros

InvoiceSherpa automatically sends out emails for collections, reminders, statements, receipts, etc., and can be customized to determine which emails are sent to each client, what content is included in the email body and even attachments. Moreover, customers can easily make payments directly from within the email with just a click.

Cons

It's unfortunate that there is no option to immediately send emails for new invoices while keeping other collection-related emails on schedules. The credit card processing they offer as a "discount" has low limits, so we had to revert to Intuit payment processing, which comes with higher fees.

The best invoicing app for integrating with accounting software.
Pros

The seamless integration is the major benefit of this software. I also like the recurring payments options and the ability to apply late fees.

Cons

As a small startup, the cost is a bit high. It would be great if they had an option specifically designed for freelancers.

By far the best invoice reminder software available
Pros

It's user-friendly and easy to set up. Also it nicely performs the tasks of an employee, keeping track of our invoices so that we don't have to.

Cons

It would be better if this software included an option to physically mail invoices to customers at specific intervals.
