“Improves operations & ensures accountability
Pros
When I use Jolt correctly, it really improves how we run things and holds each team member accountable to finish every list and log every single day without fail.
Cons
For me the alerts for overdue items aren't noticeable enough I wish they were louder or otherwise more attention-grabbing so nothing slips past its deadline.

I don't find it user friendly as the scheduling really lags behind WhenIWork and setting up task chores isn't user-friendly.

“app works slow

I appreciate that everything is digital and that nearly all items timesheets, schedules, contacts can be downloaded. Overall there's a lot here that should significantly simplify the retail workflow
Cons
Using my iPhone a 5C, I experienced the app as sluggish at best and almost completely non-functioning at worst. Screens took FOREVER to load and navigating some parts felt absolutely downright horrendous. A prime example is the daily/weekly 'to-do list' area that managers can create for staff which is a smart idea in theory. There is NO way to organize or sort the lists by most current or recently added. I literally had to scroll through nearly a year's worth of lists just to actually find the one for my particular shift so I could work through it. Also, nearly all of my coworkers on different phones, whether other iPhone models or Android and non-Apple brands, indeed experienced the exact same problems.
