“great tool in many ways
Pros
Jolt interface for printing labels and completing checklists is really user friendly and simple to use across all my devices.
Cons
On the downside, whenever I print multiple copies of a label that prints fine on its own, the system sometimes spits out a totally different label instead. I believe it's likely just a bug that should be easy to fix.

Pros
Using the opening and closing checklists we've put together gives us a full, detailed log of all safety checks and helps us spot any problems as we go through the process daily.
Cons
I wish the labour cost fields allowed us to display the GBP currency symbol instead of defaulting to the USD sign because that would make budgeting and invoices much clearer for our UK team.

“simple to finish lists using app

What I appreciate is how simple it is to finish the lists using the app.
Cons
Whenever I complete a list, if a particular field isn't required and I intentionally leave it blank, I still end up receiving an email stating the list was not completed once I submit it.

“cuts scheduling time and errors
Pros
It cuts down the time I spend building employee schedules and reduces the chance of errors. Staff submit their availability and shift requests from their phones and those changes pop up instantly while I am editing the roster. That prevents me from mistyping requests and everyone also receives their schedule directly on their phones.
Cons
When the system automatically applies shift changes, I lose the ability to view the original schedule I created which makes it hard for me to track what I had planned beforehand.

having everything stored digitally is amazing because it makes access simple and convenient for everyone involved.
Cons
At first, I had a hard time getting all of our associates aligned but in the end I found the app very user friendly and easy for users.

I have noticed how much organization the app adds to my workflow and it's impressively fast.

At this point I haven't run into any real problems I have only been using the app for a couple of days and I wish the list-type setting could be edited after it's created.

I have come to rely on the timestamps and I like that every employee can use the system to guide what they need to do during their shift.
Cons
For me syncing the device clocks isn't reliable and I'd appreciate better ease of use. for example, offering Spanish language support would make the app much more accessible.

Pros
As a manager, I can use Jolt to make sure every team member finishes their assigned duties which builds accountability while staff are working. It has also transformed how our team shares information making it easy to send quick messages and coordinate across different store locations. In terms of food safety, I rely on Jolt's temperature alerts to notify me when items fall outside the correct range and those automated alerts tell us immediately if something needs attention. On top of that, Jolt provides a centralized spot for storing training materials electronically so everyone on the team can get to them quickly and when they need them.
Cons
To be honest I think it is outstanding as there's nothing about it I'd want to alter. From our viewpoint it proved to be an excellent investment for the company and has paid off.

“Ready-made checklists save time
Pros
Someone like me who lives by checklists, my long shifts in fast food hardly leave time to build them from scratch. Jolt is fantastic because it comes with ready-made checklists that I can simply tick off as I go.
Cons
It's frustrating to receive several separate email reminders when tasks remain unchecked. As I'd much prefer to get one consolidated email that includes every outstanding task so I don't have to sort through multiple messages.

I like the templated schedule tools, the ability to submit time-off requests and update availability digitally and that I can duplicate previous weeks to cut down on setup time.
Cons
No real complaints so far. as I haven't explored every feature yet. Even if I only ever use it for scheduling and lists, I'll be satisfied with how it performs.

What I like most is that I can create my own checklists and have staff upload photos and scan barcodes directly into the system.
Cons
I wish Jolt could send timely alerts for when specific checklists are due and let me configure recurring, alarm-style reminders so tasks don't get overlooked by the team.

Pros
There are several reasons I really like Jolt but the number one is its list accountability as it makes my tasks appear and get marked complete exactly when they need to. I can rely on lists showing up and being completed around deadlines and that reliability is precisely why I invested in Jolt from the beginning.
Cons
I wish it offered more features. Jolt lets me create lists but juggling around a hundred of them gets overwhelming. The product could use better organizational tools to help manage that many lists more effectively.

Pros
Jolt is an excellent product as it makes managing a time clock system incredibly easy for me.
Cons
Learning the system was somewhat challenging at first since there are so many settings and options to navigate but trainers are available who will share my screen and patiently walk me through anything I am having trouble with.
