My biggest gripe is with the company that now owns Sunrise and how they've treated early adopters. Lendio acquired an accounting tool originally named Billy, rebranding it as Sunrise. Initially, they ousted users outside the US and Canada, despite having paid for a lifetime license. Recently, they've started forcing early adopters to pay a monthly fee for features they already bought for a lifetime. While it may be legal, it's certainly not customer-friendly.

I primarily use this software in hospital settings. I was familiar with it from my previous job, and when I moved to my new job where it wasn't used initially, I noticed how useful it is for daily tasks. It simplifies life, acting as a one-stop platform instead of juggling multiple browsers.

Since I primarily manage patient records and enter data, I find there are currently only a few templates available. It would be beneficial to include more templates for different settings.

Lendio is very easy to use. The free version has been especially beneficial for me as a small, beginning business owner. It's provided me with all the essential tools I need to get started without any cost, making it an invaluable resource during the early stages of my business.

I find myself needing to sign in repeatedly to use the receipt capture tool. It would be great if recurring invoices could accept one-time payments.
