The API integration with Cloudbeds and the user friendly reports are noteworthy.

Cons

It would be beneficial to optimize the software for OS X users as there are frequent bugs that affect its functionality.

“Great for accounts payable/receivable

Pros

I like the fact that this software encompasses all the necessary functionalities for reporting, accounts payable, receivable and general reporting. Its great that these features are logically grouped within each menu option. The reports are user-friendly and I particularly enjoy the available templates. Another aspect I like is how the system eliminates the need for paper invoices by scanning and storing all receipts and paperwork as PDF file images.

Cons

Every time I want to print checks manually, I have to manually change the paper in the printer. It would be great if there was an automatic way to do this or if there were multiple trays available. Additionally, the system tends to be a bit slow when loading images.

I find it fantastic that there are numerous reports available to keep track of budgets and invoices excellently.

This software is amazing as all you need to do is input the numbers from your audit print and it automatically files everything for you.

Currently, there is nothing to dislike about it. It makes my job 100% easier.

We have been using M3 for night audit purposes at our hotel for over 5 years. Its very user-friendly for all our reporting needs and their customer service is highly responsive.

Cons

I have no complaints about this software. Any issues we have encountered have been addressed and improved over the years.

Pros

The softwares ability to handle a large amount of financial information and generate detailed reports in Excel or PDF format is excellent! Uploading budgets with a single spreadsheet is effortless. As a first-time user I found the training videos to be helpful.

Cons

The GUI looks outdated and there are occasional system crashes. While running reports is easy, it requires multiple clicks and questions to generate the report. If I realize I selected the wrong property or period after clicking "Finish," I have to redo the steps. Generating the report itself takes a considerable amount of time approximately 15 to 20 minutes per property. Uploading budgets is not an issue anymore but when there is an error, the displayed error message is not very helpful which requires me to troubleshoot and determine the cause of the upload failure.

It is easy for new users to learn, navigate and use.

Cons

The software has a dated appearance and seems better suited for smaller groups rather than large ones.

Pros

Its an accounting program that is easy to use. Reconciling check registers is not a hassle anymore and managing accounts payable vendors and general ledger entries is pretty easy now.

Cons

Unfortunately, the integration with our PMS is not available and the software lacks accounts receivable functions.
