Whenever I try to enter a payment, I come across an error that requires me to re-enter the job description almost every time.

I love the simplicity and functional design of the platform. Also the option to access different modules from the client interface is ideal.

As a contractor, this online invoicing and quoting tool is great. It's simple to manage and fulfills my needs excellently.

It would be great to have the option to add two different addresses (email and physical) per customer, as well as providing accounting access. Also it would also be helpful to have two timers running simultaneously for two clients, a chat feature on the platform, direct bank integration and the option to enter tax instalments.

Momenteo software is not only easy to use but visually appealing as well. All the necessary features are available, and it's simple to navigate. I particularly enjoy the customization options for quotes and invoices.

When a customer decides to opt for a payment plan, it would be beneficial to link the two payments to the same invoice number or to be able to write the payment schedule directly on the invoice. Additionally, I would love to have the ability to integrate Momenteo with software like Zapier, HoneyBook and more.

I find it very easy to use. Also I love being able to get an overview of the current month or week. Sending quotes or invoices only takes a few clicks. The rates can also evolve with the growth of my company, which is a great feature.

Cons

It primarily serves as an invoicing software. There may be a few missing features in terms of accounting, but for now, I am satisfied with what they offer.

The simplicity and tracking capabilities for invoicing are excellent. I've noticed that customers tend to pay faster with the 15 day reminder.

Sometimes, there are bugs and certain things don't always register properly. For example, when entering a payment in the Tracking section, the system often freezes.

Each feature is easily accessible and can be understood within a few minutes. Once set up, everything becomes simple and can be filled out within seconds. I primarily use the quote and invoice features and they are quick for both me and my clients. The expense function is also valuable as a self-employed worker.

Cons

It's disappointing that some functions require a client to be linked to them. I also faced some issues with customizing the billing element.

Invoicing, without a doubt. Creating, sending and following up on invoices is incredibly easy with this software.

What I wish for? To have more invoice design options and increased customization capabilities to align with my business needs. This includes typography, colors and logo placement.

Evaluating the software was not a hassle mainly because the initial access is free. After testing it, I decided to continue using it because of its remarkable simplicity. As a self-employed worker, it has become an indispensable tool for invoicing, tracking expenses, and payments. I also like the availability of multiple packages, allowing me to choose the price based on the features I require.

It would be great to have a faster and easier way to integrate expense documents, such as using AI technology.

Since the beginning of my business, I have been using Momenteo to simplify my invoice and quote creation. I am really impressed with the user-friendly nature of the application, and I can even enter my expenses. Each of my clients has access to a portal where they can view their quotes, invoices, pending payments, and more. The customer service is also excellent and very friendly!

Cons

The absence of a mobile/tablet app and the unintuitive stopwatch function in the software make me prefer using external applications like Toggl or Clockify for managing and tracking my time and estimates. Having an integration with a time management software would truly enhance its value for me!

I wish there was a feature to schedule recurring bills that automatically send themselves every month.
