“A good solution”
Pros
Nexonia overall facilitates efficient cost tracking and accounting organization.
Cons
Personally, I find the layout a bit confusing. Clearer labels and more customization options in reports would improve usability.

“Nexonia Easy Reporting Tool For Staff”
Pros
The timer feature with dropdown options makes recording time and expenses simple and visually clear.
Cons
It would be more convenient if rearranging items on the screen were easier, rather than having to delete and re-add different timing options.

“Ease of use”
Pros
The simplicity of the app stands out; it's easy to set mileage using GPS location, eliminating the need to manually enter addresses.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It's a simple program with plenty of flexibility. There's nothing I would change.

“Very Easy To Report Expenses”
Pros
Nexonia has been my go-to tool for reporting expenses to the company. It's simple to upload receipts and track the status of submissions.
Cons
Nexonia shows promise, but I faced challenges logging in initially. There's a workaround where you enter your work email and then click "forgot password" to receive a link to set a new password. It would be preferable if this issue were resolved.

“Gets the Job Done”
Pros
Once you get used to navigating Nexonia, uploading receipts becomes simple. The provided categories are logical, and the submission process is smooth. The UX/UI is intuitive, without unnecessary distractions.
Cons
The only issues I encounter are related to how my team structures the "memo" section, which can be confusing. However, this isn't a fault of Nexonia's software.

“It gives me peace of mind”
Pros
Nexonia is exceptionally well-suited for mobile use while traveling. Quick uploads and simple sheet creation and tracking make it ideal for submitting to HR or elsewhere.
Cons
Syncing data can take a considerable amount of time if you input extensive information. Additionally, I would like the ability to add a larger quantity of cards to a profile.

“Very User Friendly”
Pros
This software is incredibly user-friendly! Uploading receipts from either your phone or laptop is seamless. The UI is well-designed, and support is readily available if needed.
Cons
Occasionally, the system doesn't accept very high-resolution images when uploading, requiring resolution reduction. Apart from this, it's an excellent program.

“Nexonia Expense Reports”
Pros
Among the best-organized expense reporting software, Nexonia boasts good synchronization between its mobile and web applications. Reporting expenses as you make purchases is simple, and the mobile app enhances convenience for expense reporting from any location.
Cons
Improving syncing capabilities with slower internet speeds and enhancing the mobile app's UI would be beneficial enhancements.

“Fast mobile receipt uploads”
Pros
Uploading receipts straight from my iPhone is really convenient especially when I'm traveling. I can attach an Uber receipt and link it to the right project within a minute of stepping out of the car.
Cons
When I'm working on an expense report with several receipts, it gets a bit confusing to tell which receipt belongs to which expense item since everything appears in one running list.

“confusing and complicated”
Pros
At least it's digital which is still one step up from taping receipts to paper and turning them in the old-fashioned way.
Cons
Just about everything else is frustrating. The interface isn't user-friendly at all. When receipts are emailed in, they can get lost. Moving an expense from one report to another is awkward because you have to completely fill it out and save it before you can reassign it. Multi-page receipt uploads turn into separate images that aren't linked together so I have to manually add and delete each one individually. The whole idea of linking versus not linking is also confusing. In a modern business setting, it's very common to submit several expense reports every month split between billable and non-billable work, internal expenses and different clients. If I only had one report per month and every expense belonged there, this software would probably be fine. But once you're juggling multiple reports and different receipts at the same time, it really starts to fall apart.

“Handy Lyft integration”
Pros
Snapping a photo in the mobile app and saving it as a receipt or entering an expense right when it happens, has been really convenient. Handling it immediately helps make sure receipts don't get lost and expenses don't slip through the cracks. The Lyft integration is also a big plus since I can submit business rides without having to keep track of separate receipts.
Cons
The mobile app and browser version don't always stay in sync. The app usually looks current but there are times when I sign into the browser and my most recent expenses aren't there yet. I also still haven't found a simple way to add Lyft rides to an existing report since the system seems to create a separate report for every ride.

“Convenient mobile app”
Pros
Using the app on my phone has been a really good experience. The interface is simple to learn and easy to use. It works reliably and I haven't run into any problems at all.
Cons
Everything has been working well up to this point. I haven't come across anything that makes this application seem bad and it has been helpful and accommodating overall.

“complex interface”
Pros
There isn't much about this product that I genuinely enjoy. If I had to point to one useful thing, it would be that they offer a mobile app.
Cons
The interface is incredibly hard to use. On top of that, there's no bulk editing for expense line items and whenever you change the filter settings, all of your edits get wiped out which is beyond frustrating.

“expense tracking done right”
Pros
Our expense process feels far more organized now than it used to. The system has made a huge difference by letting program staff take responsibility for entering and managing their own expenses, while also bringing much-needed consistency to how policies are applied across the board.
Cons
One issue we still run into is with supervisors getting mixed up during approvals. Sometimes they expect to find a request in one area but it turns out they are looking under Payables instead of Expenses or the other way around which can be confusing.
