Pros

Handling expenses with this app has been really simple and it makes day-to-day expense management much less of a hassle.

Cons

accurate expense tracking

Pros

Managing expenses through the mobile app is very convenient and the tool has been consistently accurate.

Cons

It can take a while at times although that's mostly because I'm dealing with a large number of expenses.

Friendly and effortless UI

Pros

The interface feels very natural and nothing about it seems complicated. It's simple to use and doesn't take much effort to figure out.

Expense tracking with clear categories

Pros

Seeing my expenses in the program is very simple and the way everything is categorized makes it simple to keep track of spending.

Cons

The invoice image handling is really poor and it becomes even more problematic when an invoice is saved in a currency that doesn't match the statement.

smooth sync and solid features

Pros

Right from the start, the app has worked really well and stays perfectly in sync with the online platform without any hassle.

Ability to duplicate expenses

Pros

Its so user friendly. I can just snap a photo of the receipt and keep moving without wasting time. It's been a huge help for keeping receipts from getting lost.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into anything to dislike. It's an excellent program.

Pros

Adding receipts and updating transactions in this app is really convenient and it makes expense handling much more manageable.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit confusing at first so there's definitely a learning curve. After using it more often though, it starts to make a lot more sense.

solid for expense reports

Pros

It handles expense reporting well and gets the job done when it comes to submitting and managing reports.

Cons

There are definitely some rough edges. It can be pretty buggy and I ran into problems sorting photos from the iOS library that only got fixed much later. It also felt behind the curve when it came to adding Uber integration.

Simple interface, faster reporting

Pros

Using Nexonia Expenses feels very simple and the interface is easy to handle. It really helps speed up and organize my expense reporting process.

Cons

I'd like to see the option to upload all my receipts at once and have them automatically separated and organized properly.

Receipt capture that really helps

Pros

Being able to snap receipts while I'm on the go and approve expenses right from my phone makes this tool really convenient to use.

Valuable mobile app

Pros

The mobile app has been pretty useful for our organization and made a real difference in how we handle expenses.

Getting everything set up and integrating it with QBO was difficult and took more effort than expected.

appreciate the mileage feature

Pros

Its uncomplicated and I especially appreciate the mileage feature since it lets me quickly reuse locations I've already entered.

Cons

adapts well to our needs

Pros

Our company has a fairly unique approval and reimbursement process for purchases and Nexonia Expenses was willing to adjust the platform to fit the way we work. We've been using it for close to two years and the move from a mostly paper-based expense process to a digital system has gone very well.

Cons

I really haven't run into any major drawbacks. The one thing I do wish it had is a recurring expense option. Every time I start a new expense report, I still have to complete several drop-down fields that never change, like the budget name and approver. As far as I can tell, there isn't an official way to avoid that repetitive step so I keep a mock report on my dashboard and duplicate it whenever I need to submit a new one.

Can upload receipts from a mobile device

Pros

Uploading receipts on the go from a mobile device is really convenient and makes expense reporting much faster.

Cons

after expenses are coded in the system and sent over to Intacct, there's no way to go back and change the coding.

Quick and thorough support

Pros

Whenever questions come up, the team is consistently thorough and gets back with answers quickly.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints about the product. The only downside here is having to write at least 40 characters in the dislike section when there isn't actually anything I dislike.

Pros

Managing expenses with it feels simple and the system is easy to use overall. On top of that, customer support is consistently available whenever help is needed.

Cons

Resolving more unusual or specific issues can sometimes take quite a while. Also, updates made on the phone do not always fully sync with the server.

Excellent Intacct integration

Pros

Connecting it with Intacct has been outstanding and the flexibility of the integration is genuinely impressive.

Cons

The interface feels a bit dated and there are a handful of small quirks from time to time though nothing serious.
