Not user-friendly at all

Pros

At this point, I haven't come across any real positives. Every feature I've tried feels like a step down from the system I used before.

Cons

Managing actions doesn't feel user-friendly at all and the Help tab frequently opens to a blank screen. After using Concur, this really doesn't compare.

impressive software

Pros

We find it easy to handle and it feels like a valuable addition for just about any business.

Can be customized

Pros

Compared with other expense tools I've used, this expense module feels the most simple on the market right now. I also really appreciate how much it can be customized to match the specific needs of a company.

Cons

I'd still want the ability to run reports by unit or department.

offers a lot of depth

Pros

Right out of the gate, it offers a lot of depth especially when it comes to expense management. It's simple to use, the support team responds quickly and it's clear there's a hardworking team behind the product keeping things moving.

Cons

Where it struggles most is performance. The system can be a little slow at times especially when it's handling integrated, high-volume job or project transactions. Support is definitely responsive but actual fixes don't always arrive as quickly as expected. On top of that, the follow-up and proactive status updates after submitting a request could be better. It feels like some of this may be tied to the challenges of a fast-growing company.
