When Emburse Nexonia rolled out its new billing platform in May, I switched to automatic billing. Unfortunately, they triple-charged me, and resolving this issue has been a nightmare. I've submitted multiple billing forms but haven't received any meaningful response. As a small non-profit, every dollar counts, and this experience has been unacceptable.

One of the highlights of Nexonia Expenses was its intuitive interface and well-designed layout. Navigating through the platform was simple, facilitating quick expense submission and tracking. The mobile app proved invaluable for managing expenses on the move. While Nexonia Expenses has its positives, one drawback I encountered was occasional system lag. During peak times, delays in submitting or approving expenses could be frustrating. Additionally, the responsiveness of customer support could be faster and more efficient in resolving technical issues.

My experience with Nexonia's customer service regarding overcharging has been extremely disappointing. Six months have passed, and they still haven't addressed my query or resolved the overcharging issue. This level of service is unacceptable, bordering on fraudulent.

Emburse Nexonia is simple to use, and my interactions with customer service have been positive�they were both friendly and efficient. I use this software monthly for expense reporting on meals, gas, and education, and it has served me well so far.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything positive to say about this software. It didn't live up to our expectations. While customer service was acceptable, the corporate credit card sync function worked adequately.

Warning: Nexonia lacks true OCR functionality, unlike competitors like Concur or Expensify. Matching transactions manually was time-consuming, and the administration menu was cumbersome to navigate. Also, the cash reimbursement process through Western Union, not set up by the implementation team, was inefficient. Moreover, leaving Nexonia requires a maintenance contract to access data, unlike other platforms, which was cumbersome and tedious.

Tracking expenses with Nexonia is simple. You can easily access past and pending expenses and manage receipts efficiently. Our team has found Nexonia to be incredibly beneficial, reducing the incidence of lost receipts.

Initially, the tax calculator and multiple fields made entering total sums challenging. However, with time, I became more accustomed to the process of adding reimbursements.
