I am really impressed by how flexible it is. every part of our business processes is represented within its workflow.

Cons

For me the setup was complicated and the tech support response times were slow.

Pros

At my company we appreciate Odoo because it provides app-based modules that are very simple to use. The whole platform manages our workflows and delivers real-time information across every area of our organization. We also really value our implementation specialist who makes Odoo exceptional!

Cons

Any ERP's learning curve can be steep. in my experience Odoo isn't harder to implement and might actually be easier to roll out than other ERP systems. If I had to point out one small flaw, it's that when you build a sandbox database and then go live using that same database, many items, transactions, records, logs, etc. cannot be deleted or cleared from the sandbox database by any standard method available today.

“Patient support helps locate hidden information

Support from the support team felt very helpful and kind and I appreciated their patience because the information does exist but isn't easy to locate.

Cons

I ran into several gaps in the support ticketing system that made things confusing as a newcomer. For example, when I create a ticket the confirmation email I received doesn't explain where to view the ticket and it also fails to clarify that Odoo treats those tickets as 'tasks located under my profile on odoo.com rather than inside my database.odoo.com instance which left me fumbling around trying to find them.

I really like how I can organize my pipeline and the Sign app is handy.

Cons

For email communication, I wish I could see who has been CC'd on messages. without that visibility, I find it hard to know who else is part of the discussion and it complicates tracking who is involved in the conversation.

The team has been very responsive and I receive solutions from them quickly!

What really stands out to me is the platform's flexibility, the wide range of tools for small businesses and the customer support as they always resolved my issues in under 48 hours.

I was frustrated by the missing email inbox feature and the absence of some integrations with other services they are available to buy but I discovered you have to use Odoo.sh to access them.

By myself I make progress because the site is user friendly and easy to use.

Cons

When I am creating my first website, I often don't know what layout or style it should have and refining how my site looks takes lots of trial and error over time. Still, as I always say, that process gives me the chance to try lots of features and get better so personally I don't see it as wasted time.

I really like the friendly, easy-to-use environment. everything is in the cloud and there's a convenient mobile app.

That said I sometimes find that not all modules link the documents they generate particularly when I am using the projects module.

The thing I love is that all the modules are interconnected means I can maintain full traceability. it also includes the CRM and I can directly link products between the online store and the website

We have an advisor and she truly is the best consultant I have ever worked with or met.

I wish PDF template editing were better and I also need tighter integration with ERP, MRP and accounting.

Actually I find it hard to accomplish anything that deviates even slightly from Odoo's intended approach. Their workflows, as the developers designed them, lack clear documentation. The tutorial videos show how to operate features but rarely explain the reasoning or overall workflow philosophy. Support is inconsistent sometimes helpful sometimes frustratingly useless. As a small startup I found the so-called success packages prohibitively expensive. Some simple changes cannot be made without hiring a developer.

Personally I really like how the apps tie together so well. I also appreciate the simple, uncluttered UI, powerful data management and especially the open-source philosophy behind it.

Cons

I have found the membership module is still too limited in features and flexibility which for me makes it harder to rely on Odoo as a full service platform for Non-Profit organizations.

The technical team is amazing as they really know their stuff and take the time to explain things clearly so I understand how everything works.

Cons

They put a lot of pressure on payment and I feel they should be more patient since internal company processes are slow and cause delays.

Depending on the version I sometimes run into error messages that are vague and hard to interpret.

I'd like the ability to freely move elements around the page and I also wish integrating local Algerian payment options were simpler, plus there should be an easy way to save or export our database.

I really like how user-friendly Odoo is. its modern interface and additional features make it stand out.

So far my suggestion would be to add an option for grouping products by currency so that customers can view the items in the currency they prefer and see accurate prices.
