It just doesn't function properly. Even setting up bank accounts is problematic. Salespeople claimed it could replace the platforms we were using before, but it can't. Even submitting a help ticket for this feature was unsuccessful!

I haven't encountered any defects or bugs so far. Customizing forms and PDFs was simple, thanks to the user-friendly platform that allows deep configuration and manipulation even for those with basic HTML and CSS knowledge. The integrated "Activities" feature ensures seamless intra-app communication, enhancing productivity.

It strongly emphasizes email sending and managing communications. I had to delve deeply to ensure these features were disabled. Since we operate B2B, personalized communication is essential in almost every interaction.

The integrated "Activities" feature ensures seamless intra-app communication, enhancing productivity.
