“Brings Sales And Accounting Together”
Pros
Odoo brings sales, invoices, CRM, stock management and accounting together in one place so I can quickly access all the key information and track every customer's journey from initial contact through to receiving payment.
Cons
Setup can take a long time and is hard without support. And some advanced features are not very user friendly and every so often the system works slowly.

“Database access revoked without approval”
Pros
The online POS and accounting features were user friendly and the interface was really easy to get around. Plus the software included virtually every feature I needed but it fell short when it came to reliable customer support.
Cons
Unfortunately the database I bought and thought would be under my company's control was set up inside ADG's own account as an Odoo partner. That meant they could delete it and cut off my access without my permission or approval.

“Huge developer pool and affordable pricing”
Pros
I really like the huge pool of developers available across many countries, the affordable pricing and how easy it is to integrate both our own and third-party applications. Overall it's highly scalable.
Cons
Honestly it may not be as powerful as SAP but for small to medium-sized businesses or even fairly large ones it's hard to beat especially for the price.
