There are so many features in this great open-source platform. I used the Accounting module myself.
Cons
It's overwhelming because there are tons of tutorials. I have to sift through them to find what I actually need.

“Low learning curve boosts team productivity

The interface is very user friendly and easy to use so navigating and using its many features is not a issue. That lowers the learning curve and boosts productivity since our team can get up to speed with the system quickly.
Cons
While the free Community edition is a useful baseline I found that companies needing more sophisticated capabilities usually end up paying for the Enterprise edition and those additional costs can be a significant expense.

“Connected apps need more learning time
Pros
I am really impressed by how well all the apps connect and by the huge number available. I need to spend more time learning it to fully take advantage.
Cons
In my experience they should provide clearer guidance for each app they probably have documentation but I haven't been able to find it.

I have noticed there are plenty of modules available and the pricing structure is pretty basic.
Cons
We rely far too much on our local implementation partner for support and guidance which makes us dependent on their availability and decisions.

“Modern interface beats salesforce
Pros
This reminds me a lot of Salesforce though I feel the interface is much more modern and sleek which makes it noticeably easier for me to use and get around.
Cons
Should I build training and publish it publicly, I would be forced to rely solely on that platform's eLearning tool if I want to offer the course for free which feels very restrictive to me.

“Clear videos with quick analyzed reports
Pros
One thing I love is the clear, video-based explanations. I get quick responses and the reports are thoroughly analyzed.
Cons
Overall I find it nice. I can filter all reports easily and generate a viewable report but there isn't a one-click option to open a report and export it directly to Excel which would save time.

Pros
Everything ties together well. I can manage every part of running a small organisation or multiple companies in Odoo.
Cons
Personally I like the simple pricing but I noticed there isn't an option geared specifically toward not-for-profit or charity organisations which I'd find useful.

I really appreciate how modular it is. I can choose only the Odoo apps I actually need so my system doesn't get bogged down with unnecessary features that I'd never use.
Cons
In my experience customer support needs improvement whenever problems crop up it often takes quite a bit of time to get them fixed and that delay can slow our workflow.

For me the system is really easy to use and handles the majority of my company's workflows.
Cons
In my experience the configuration can feel a bit chaotic lots of settings are spread out across different places, like developer mode versus non-developer mode, inside the application itself and in external configuration panels.

Pros
The team is impressive as they are responsive and flexible. As they are always willing to help and stay calm even when I ask questions that might seem basic or silly.
Cons
What frustrates me is that they bill a full 15 minutes for support even when an email exchange takes only about thirty seconds.
