It is easy to use and I appreciate that I can customize it whenever I need to.
Cons
Sometimes I fall into the habit of installing too many apps, even ones I don't really require and my phone ends up cluttered and chaotic overall.

“simple setup but confusing pricing
Pros
Odoo is really easy to tailor and operate especially for small or growing companies that haven't yet nailed down all their requirements but need to roll out an ERP solution as soon as possible.
Cons
Initially, I struggled to implement it and found the limited customer support made getting started genuinely difficult. On top of that, the pricing model is confusing and multiplies quickly which makes it far less appealing.

“Next-gen ErP automates everything affordably
Pros
In my experience this system is incredibly user-friendly and feels like the next generation of ERPs. Development costs are affordable and it's truly all-in-one for automating everything I use, like CRM, purchasing, inventory, sales, manufacturing, ticketing, accounting and more. There is also an app marketplace with over 3,000 specialized business apps.
Cons
I have noticed the partner qualification process and the fact that a new major release comes out every year can make migrating between versions tricky so while the product is well-suited for SMEs, larger organizations will have to put in significant effort to re-engineer processes to meet their customers specific needs.

“Ton of features under affordable subscription
Pros
I have found there are a ton of features, far more than I'd expect any business to actually use and it's all available under an affordable monthly subscription. There are plenty of ways to tailor the software to suit my business and organize workflows plus a wide range of connectors for external APIs I use the UPS one most often.
Cons
As a novice the massive selection of apps and the many configuration choices made it pretty tough for me to jump in and DIY. They do sell success packs to help you get started but I find them prohibitively expensive that's just my personal take. The free support included with the online plan is decent and there are some tutorial videos that can kick-start you but getting fully set up still takes a fair amount of effort.

“accounting proves too complex for small firms

I didn't find much to praise. I bought it expecting a single system that would eliminate duplicate data entry but what I ended up with was a jumble of poorly integrated modules, clunky workarounds and a lot of compromises. plus pricey, paid consultants who seemed indifferent and slow to respond.
Cons
We were missing basic field service scheduling and the accounting module felt overly complicated. I mean totally inappropriate for smaller firms that need simple bookkeeping. The calendar even began double-booking appointments. Implementing the system demanded costly consulting, forcing us into numerous workarounds and the consultants we paid were unresponsive, indifferent and charged steep fees.

“Love that it is a all in one platform
Pros
One thing I love is how all of our business applications are consolidated into a single platform which feels incredibly freeing and exciting to me.
Cons
However I cannot seem to reach the dropdown setting when I am trying to edit the forms block on my website and it's preventing me from configuring fields the way I need.

“Great functions are undermined by frequent bugs
Pros
For me there are plenty of functions available.
Cons
I keep encountering frequent bugs in the software for example, the field service web preview doesn't match the PDF export and it's unacceptable that 'Powered by Odoo' branding appears in the Enterprise edition. it needs to be removed.

“always help when something happens
Pros
I feel very well supported! At the start I was afraid I would be left to fend for myself like with many other companies but whenever we report an incident there's always a competent person ready to help us diagnose the problem and quickly guide us toward a solution.
Cons
For me the tool is powerful and I don't feel like I am wasting my time because the time I invest learning it will almost certainly pay off in several ways whether by generating new leads or by giving me much better control over how my company is run.

I noticed that it provides a broad set of features and clearly differentiates itself from other options on the market.
Cons
In my experience their ERP support is among the worst I have encountered. I wouldn't recommend them. I cannot change the consultancy and every month we face a different problem.

Pros
Odoo comes packed with an almost endless set of tools. Also I can draft contracts and have them signed, manage invoices, handle inventory and run full accounting. In short it really covers everything my business needs.
Cons
Personally the user experience feels pretty clunky to me. I wish they offered customizable themes tailored to specific workflows and use cases to make navigation and daily tasks easier.

Odoo is pretty easy to understand and easy to use. Because the product is so flexible, I can follow our business processes without friction and it lets users adapt the workflow to fit day-to-day operations smoothly.
Cons

I really value the wide range of tools you can plug in and the flexibility it offers to add or tweak features. plus the support I just got from a fantastic agent based in Spain, was absolutely outstanding.
Cons
There's a noticeable learning curve and the documentation, despite being extensive, doesn't always address the specific problems I am running into.

Some bugs exist that I believe your team should address rather than forcing us to deal with them ourselves. Making me pay in order to remain a partner is something I have only encountered with your company.

“Technical support excels with video guides
Pros
Odoo technical support is the best. As the emails with video guides are genuinely helpful and the system offers good scalability and flexibility.
Cons
For me the documentation is quite poor and hard to rely on. there's also no way to give trustees access which complicates collaboration. On top of that, I find the hourly packages they sell generally overpriced compared to the actual value you receive.
