I like that it comes with several modules so I can provide a complete solution to a client.

Cons

One issue I notice is that it lacks accounting features tailored for Mexico which I find limiting.

So far I found the team fast and knowledgeable. I received very good service and attentive customer support.

Cons

For my part I have nothing to complain about. everything went very well and the service was excellent.

Using Odoo feels like having everything in a single suite. Given its cost this is particularly impressive. It bundles ERP, accounting and CRM together. That's the feature I value the most. Now I no longer juggle three separate systems and integrations. For me it's definitely so a clear winner.

Cons

some simple changes are not easy to make in the online environment. For example, editing the registration form for new e-commerce customers can be difficult and adding a picture link to a product isn't easy as I thought.

I find Odoo to be a sophisticated yet elegant database that keeps everything interconnected and organized together in one place.

Cons

For my organization, giving access to staff becomes costly if we have many short-term contractors and temporary workers.

The product's versatility and the way I can customize it is something that makes me like this tool.

Personally I find it difficult to host my own videos on Odoo and I was frustrated when the renewal license fee jumped in the second year without any clear notice anywhere.

What I like about Odoo is the integrated control and management. Also I find the financial module clear and it lets me generate fast, simple quotes for customers.

Cons

However I notice it falls short for service businesses across many sectors. the platform feels very complete for products yet there are still plenty of missing features when I try to manage services.

It is fast, user-friendly and their support is excellent. The free plan completely changed how I work. Though Google has something similar but it just does not look as good.

Cons

I'd like to see more header customization options for the website and for the app to be more responsive. otherwise I am happy with it. Also please do something about the nude domain issue.

I received one-on-one training and hands-on guidance while getting familiar with the program and they even provided personal assistance before I purchased it. That really allowed me to confirm the software delivers what our small non-profit needs to manage its financial administration.

So far everything has been fine. we don't have any complaints and are still discovering many of the finer details.

I view it as a full yet lightweight platform that I have used to handle several small-to-medium businesses and it feels like a real alternative to the big tech giants such as Microsoft oracle and SAP.

However I still see significant gaps that need addressing and I wish the team would publish thorough, detailed documentation for users like me.

As a user, I have to highlight the work of [content hidden]. not just during the calls we had over these past weeks with her but also for all the follow-up and feedback she sent by email. She really grasped our company's workflows completely and suggested the best solutions in each module tailored to what we needed. So far the system itself hasn't given us any trouble and whenever small issues have come up, [content hidden] has promptly and satisfactorily fixed them. Honestly she did a great job!

For me support has been very slow and there isn't any available on weekends.

Pros

Using Odoo has helped me get a firm grip on employee attendance and keep detailed logs of their hours. It also makes overseeing each staff member easier by storing personal info, documents, contracts and contact data. I have even relied on it to automatically calculate wages based on the hours they work.

Cons

In my experience although Odoo is a strong management platform for HR and other teams, it doesn't always play nicely with outside systems. That lack of smooth integration often makes things more complex for me and ends up requiring extra development work to bridge the gaps.

I find that the people explaining it draw on their experience and show Odoo in a simple and practical way.

My only issue is that the tutoring hours tend to be a bit pricey.

For me the best thing about Odoo has been how adaptable the system is as it's so flexible and we could customize it to precisely match our needs. I also have to shout out our consultant. He was super responsive and supportive the whole way, always making sure we're set up to really take advantage of the platform.

My biggest issue with Odoo is how consulting hours are billed and tracked. I am uneasy about the possibility of being charged for time that goes toward fixing problems that aren't our responsibility, like bugs or internal Odoo errors. It would give me more confidence if there were a clearer separation between genuine consulting work and time used to troubleshoot system faults.

The platform is very versatile and I like how user friendly the system is for tracking every action and task.

So far I haven't found anything I don't like or any feature that fails to suit our specific needs.

To be honest I enjoyed using Odoo. The interface is also user friendly and offers a broad selection of features which makes it flexible and simple to use. What stood out most was the top-notch customer support. I was especially grateful for the help I got from as she was persistent in following up on my problem. She walked me through each step clearly and stayed in touch until everything was completely fixed, instead of just sending boilerplate directions. Because of her dedication to fixing the issue, the whole experience felt easy and low-stress. I highly recommend it!

One thing I wish were different is the relatively small selection of design templates that support animations and lively elements. I'd like the platform to offer a wider array of more imaginative, interactive design options so I can build more engaging pages.

I sampled their free trial because I wanted a simple, easy to use tool but it proves to include far too many features our company didn't really need

Cons

Honestly it's overly complicated with too many configuration choices and I don't find the interface very user-friendly.
