Well I really value the product's flexibility, the helpful consulting and the fast, convenient support.

Cons

I have to adapt to elements that we didn't decide to manage that way and the manuals are based on earlier versions.

I am really pleased with the product's model and the way releases and features are organized especially the included success pack. I must say the team has been doing an excellent job.

Cons

From my experience the upgrade model could use improvement and I often don't see a clear overview of bug fixes across different releases. I have also noticed that stability for major releases isn't always verified thoroughly more in-depth regression testing would help.

I value the team's expertise, their genuine enthusiasm and how user-friendly everything is.

So far I haven't experienced any issues or negatives. there really aren't any problems to report.

One thing I really value is the variety of applications and the help provided by our Oddo contact support team.

I have experienced the commercial follow-up as a total disaster. our sales representative left and the client wasn't even informed.

“I like the fast effective problem solving

What I really appreciate is how fast and effectively Odoo handles problems. I find the support team to be both responsive and well-informed and that genuinely improves my day-to-day experience with the system. Their knack for fixing issues quickly stands out and is something I value a lot.

Cons

So far I haven't run into any major problems with it. Almost every part of the service has lived up to what I expected and I have found the platform user friendly and capable for handling my company's requirements. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be making the onboarding experience smoother and less time-consuming for brand-new users.

“Navigation feels foreign despite tech savviness

The platform brings a wide variety of apps together in one place for easy access which I like most.

Honestly I find the apps very difficult to navigate even though I usually pick up new software quickly, this system feels foreign and overly complex and the support team has been absolutely terrible.

Odoo is really easy to install and navigate and their customer support has been consistently excellent and helpful.

To be frank, I think the receipts look a bit unattractive and could use some design improvement.

I had trouble with the login functionality. At first my password which included an underscore kept being rejected and I couldn't sign in until I removed that underscore. once I did, the password worked and I was able to access my account. Also the IT department is helpful overall but I wish they would handle more issues by phone instead of exchanging so many emails because that back-and-forth creates unnecessary redundancy and slows things down.

It is affordable and packed with features and I even thought it was easy to set up. Just thought but it was not.

We found it really frustrating to use and many of our employees were unhappy with how Odoo was implemented.

I find it to be a comprehensive platform, covering everything from website creation through to managing logistics.

I wouldn't call it a real drawback but I did have to commit a significant amount of my own time when I implemented it myself because the platform has a very broad scope.

I have found it really easy to use as a CRM. As it's user friendly, very simple to navigate and sports a clean, attractive interface.

I'd appreciate getting some complimentary add-on services, for example debis or proformat because having those included would make the overall value feel much better.

Odoo is easy to use and the team behind it is absolutely phenomenal. The platform is highly customizable and comes packed with a wide range of built-in features right away.

For me the subscription fee is charged upfront which can feel a bit intimidating if I am planning to commit for the long term.

Regarding Odoo I think it's an excellent ERP system and I genuinely enjoy using it for my needs!

“Many features included with mobile access

I have got a lot of features included out of the box. Being able to reach it through a mobile app really helps with everyday tasks. Support has been knowledgeable.

For my usage I find many features still feel immature and underdeveloped up to now. German legal requirements aren't properly considered particularly the strict stipulations of the Working Hours Act ArbZG and the standards needed for accounting and payroll.

What I like most is how smoothly I can navigate the platform. Quick billing access saves time and boosts my productivity!

I have no cons that I agree with. I will continue to use this software as available.

One issue I ran into is that the e-learning platform only accepts videos uploaded to YouTube.

In my experience the SaaS edition has limits and I'll likely need the Success Pack to properly customize the database.

Personally I think the features are great and I believe Odoo could offer even more capabilities.
