The software is easy to use, very user friendly and all the apps work together to manage flows. It basically covers all needs.

Sometimes I have to build extra customizations when certain fields simply don't match my needs.

I cannot really comment on the system's strengths since I still haven't gotten it up and running. My first BSA was horrendous and offered no assistance but my current BSA has been fantastic to collaborate with. Because of her support, I haven't moved to a different ERP.

Cons

I have found that everyone except my current BSA has been terrible to work with. Most of the team seems indifferent and delivers almost no support. Be prepared to battle for implementation once they've taken your payment their assistance basically disappears. Since you're locked into a contract, I feel like nothing else matters to them after the sale.

I find Odoo's overall structure quite complex and it can be difficult to learn and navigate without spending a lot of time getting familiar with how everything fits together.

For me the ability to work online and access information in real time has been a big advantage since it lets me manage an entire organization within a single, user-friendly environment that's easy to understand and navigate.

However I have been frustrated that technical support doesn't speak Spanish and there are very few technical implementation videos. since I am not someone who understands development or software configuration, there have been moments when I felt disappointed and left unsure how to proceed.

Pros

Setting it up was surprisingly easy and I really like that Odoo offers a free forever option for one app. Also it is refreshing to see a tech company show that kind of decency these days. I also find the website builder very user-friendly and full of customization options.

Cons

What caught me off guard was how simple it was to install extra apps that ended up triggering the end of my free plan. Fortunately, customer support jumped in, helped me resolve the problem quickly and were genuinely friendly throughout the whole process.

Odoo is very user friendly and effective and I like that it offers plenty of room to grow through its various modules. The pricing is appealing and I have always found the support team to be helpful and competent.

Cons

In my experience it does feel a bit limited in certain areas particularly when it comes to graphics and some database capabilities which could use improvement.

It is pretty easy for any customer to use and I think it offers the absolute best price for small businesses.

Cons

For me managing some of the smaller components can be pretty challenging. for instance, I struggle when trying to translate content on the website.

The Contact module is simple the best. it's a dynamic application for e-commerce training.

The multi-company capability is fantastic as I can oversee and control all of our offices worldwide from one place which is very helpful.

I think the user interface could be cleaner and easier to use. So some parts of it really need improvement.

It is so easy to use, very user friendly and fast. Plus its modular design adapts to our requirements and genuinely simplifies our workflows and processes.

We would welcome some extra convenience features for example, the ability to right-click and open orders in new windows so I can keep multiple daily orders visible at once which sadly isn't possible in Odoo.

Usually, you have to choose between a strong database or flexible design. And I am really excited that this delivers both together.

Cons

For me I really disliked the limits of Odoo SaaS but switching to Odoo.sh steered things in a much better direction for my needs.

Odoo's tech support is very responsive and I appreciate that they create a short, tailored video to help me fix my problem. They come across as intelligent, helpful and efficient every time.

Cons

Honestly I didn't expect that changing the date format or removing the 'proforma' label from invoice titles would involve so many steps and such a convoluted process.

“Website hosting service proves unreliable

Pros

The platform made it really easy for me to build my sites but once the 14-day free trial ended both of my websites were deleted and I couldn't recover them even though everything was already finished. After I subscribed and paid for a plan, their support still couldn't find or restore my sites in the new subscription which was incredibly frustrating.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend using odoo.com to host or manage your websites.

I have found Odoo remarkably easy to use and I love the huge variety of apps that make so many workflows possible. plus, the abundance of video tutorials has been really helpful to me.

Cons

Setting everything up can be tricky when you're not comfortable with bookkeeping and I wish there was a simple setup manual to walk me through the process. The official docs exist but in my experience they often don't include the country-specific step by step details for configuring TAX accounts.

Overall I find the interface very user-friendly, comprehensive and for the majority of functions it's user friendly and easy to navigate.

However I cannot, for instance, set a single rule to apply to a selected group of products which is limiting.
