Overall the tool is easy to use, compact and very efficient.

One thing that worries me is that a single click can wipe out everything. that possibility really scares me.

In my experience I still have to do a fair amount of coding and some modes or a few expected standard features like a pre-order button in the webshop are missing.

We appreciated the wide selection of Odoo apps tailored to various business needs. We also found it helpful that Odoo kept our inventory synchronized across all our sales channels like Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce. We were happy with the price point as it is significantly cheaper than Netsuite and have more to say about the post-sales call and the contract signing in our overall comments.

Cons

I had trouble customizing reports unless I paid a lot for them to make changes which felt expensive. There are very few reports available overall and it was hard to pull my data because the integrated apps make it complicated to get consolidated information.

Personally I find the software incredibly easy to use. In short it is user friendly and their team is consistently professional and highly skilled.

Cons

Don't have many complaints about Odoo but if I had to point out one thing, the tools for generating reports feel somewhat clunky and it's tricky to get the formatting right.

Personally I have noticed the GPS in the ASISTENCIA app is unreliable. They should at least provide clearer setup instructions for PC, laptop, mobile or browser so the location is accurate. I mark a spot and it shows up somewhere else which causes problems with my staff.

I really value how quickly they respond and the consistently high quality of those responses.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. there's nothing wrong to report.

For me it's incredibly easy to configure and personalize and the modular setup keeps things organized and flexible.

I noticed some holes in the backend code that, if addressed, would allow specific module features to work together straight away without extra wiring.

Overall I find everything excellent especially their customer support as it's outstanding. they fixed all my issues quickly and efficiently.

When I tried Odoo, it seemed to include everything I could want so I felt hopeful at the start but that optimism faded rather quickly.

I have noticed that many features aren't fully developed and there is a lot of instability because the solution appears under-tested and still too immature from a development perspective.

The service and support I get when questions come up or things go wrong is amazing. I also value how comprehensive Odoo's platform offering is and the pricing feels reasonable for what I receive.

The limits around building the website are frustrating my previous site was on Wix and it had better features. Also I keep running into issues that force me to open support tickets every time. There are clear limitations on the eLearning platform and its forum as well.

Pros

I completed the PLO with a consultant named Diego Cerrilla. It turned out to be a very enriching course where we had discussion sessions that offered a lot of learning and constructive feedback for ODOO. The consultant's human touch and professional approach were excellent and he was fully willing to clear up any questions we had.

I have noticed that in many cases ODOO handles permissions by hiding from users the things they shouldn't access but if someone removes or circumvents the search filters it's possible to reach essentially all of the content.

The wide configuration and customization options are good especially the automated actions that allow me to tailor the system precisely to my business needs.

For our situation we rely on the rentals application and we really need them to add rental location management within the system so that we can clearly see product quantities across the various customer locations and avoid confusion.

It is versatile as everything is so user friendly and neatly arranged into modules and the user interfaces are clean and very approachable.

For me the platform changes a lot. there seems to be a new version every year and I notice there aren't enough Spanish-language tutorials or videos that thoroughly explain the newest features. There's so much to learn that sometimes I waste a lot of time just trying to find clear information.

Everything is conveniently on one page. The colors and designs are appealing. The service is reliable, and they resolve tickets quickly.

It's fairly intuitive, although it can be a bit confusing at times. Short one-minute videos addressing these issues would be beneficial.
