The interface is user-friendly, and many options are customizable. It can be a great CRM if you take the time to learn all its features.

I've encountered issues with updates, I couldn't access the interface after one update and had to roll back. The program's complexity can be both a benefit and a drawback.

Surprisingly, I don't have much to criticize about Odoo. Since this is my first encounter with ERP software, everything feels like an upgrade for now. One area I wish Odoo could improve is the flexibility of templates, particularly for export documents such as allowing changes in font size, which is somewhat limited on our current plan.

It's a high-end technical accounting and cloud-based solution. It's surpassing QuickBooks and Advantage and is much superior to NetSuite from a CRM perspective.

There's nothing lacking. While Odoo seems equipped to replace more expensive solutions like QuickBooks, DocuSign, and AirTable, it falls short in functionality. It's not yet ready for widespread use, and refunds are not provided for this unusable platform.

It just doesn't function properly. Even setting up bank accounts is problematic. Salespeople claimed it could replace the platforms we were using before, but it can't. Even submitting a help ticket for this feature was unsuccessful!
