Pros

I like all the features Odoo offers, particularly its ability to guide us on actions to improve sales performance and attract more customers. Collaboration with other team members is also seamless.

Cons

The only issue I see is that the database isn't accessible offline. Without an internet connection, I can't access contact information unless I'm in an area with internet access. But nowadays, everything depends on the internet.

While the features are extensive, the support experience has been disappointing. Despite three support contracts over two years, we still haven't fully utilized half of the features.

The documentation is appalling; it hasn't been updated for several releases. Their business practices are dubious too. Despite our clear indication not to renew in January, they charged our credit card over $8000 for early renewal without consent, and now they refuse a refund because we didn't give 30 days notice.

With basic Docker skills, our IT department had Odoo Community operational within an afternoon, ready to manage our entire operations efficiently. Although setup was initially complex due to Odoo's broad functionality, its powerful bulk import features and logical workflows helped us transition smoothly from our previous system ahead of schedule. I haven't encountered any defects or bugs so far. Customizing forms and PDFs was simple, thanks to the user-friendly platform that allows deep configuration and manipulation even for those with basic HTML and CSS knowledge. The integrated "Activities" feature ensures seamless intra-app communication, enhancing productivity.

It strongly emphasizes email sending and managing communications. I had to delve deeply to ensure these features were disabled. Since we operate B2B, personalized communication is essential in almost every interaction.
