This is an exceptional project management solution. As the customer support is amazing and other features are also pretty good.

One downside is that the online version isn't specifically designed for the construction sector but we consistently figure out workarounds to make it function well for our projects.

To be honest I cannot point to anything I dislike about it since up to now I haven't encountered a single feature that bothers me.

One thing I really like is the huge selection of interconnected apps.

What bothers me is that it uses a continuous subscription-style license so we cannot truly own the software and costs add up quickly when you need to include a lot of people.

My team and I use Odoo for everything we require. Over the past three years our headcount increased from three to twenty and we've been able to expand our use of Odoo as we scaled without being pushed into unnecessary bureaucracy at any stage.

I don't have many complaints as updates install without issue and are easy to apply whenever they're released.

I have come to see Odoo as a versatile, scalable and cost-conscious ERP option that works for many different business requirements. Because it uses a modular, open-source structure and emphasizes ease of use plus available support, it feels like a particularly sensible pick for small and mid-sized firms aiming to tidy up processes without paying the large fees associated with traditional ERP vendors.

Cons

In my view, Odoo's modular and open-source setup can have downsides especially if a business needs heavy customization, strong third-party app support or a system built for very large operations. I have also noticed that the initial setup, custom development and ongoing maintenance can take a lot of time and money so it's important to plan for those costs.

For my part I managed to build a distinctive and engaging website that never felt stiff, blocky or like a cookie-cutter template.

My website kept disappearing multiple times and wouldn't remain accessible unless I signed in every single week. eventually I lost patience and abandoned the software altogether.

I have noticed that some people only make use of the timesheet and expense modules. I believe they should be allowed free access in the Enterprise edition or be charged just $1 or $2.

It is pretty easy to set up and use and the website configurator is really handy.

At first finding the stats was a bit tricky for me but once I used it more they became easier to locate.

In my experience I feel they need more business-focused experience during implementations. too often they approach problems like engineers instead of thinking through business workflow needs.

For my part, the fifteen-day trial window feels far too limited for me to explore the application thoroughly and to prepare a proper demonstration for other colleagues in the company which makes it difficult to properly assess whether we should proceed with buying the product.
