well I had my questions about how to capture the information answered clearly.

My only issue was the timing although they handled it overnight, I wish it could be done online.

It is simple to use and I appreciate the reporting and reconciliation tools. it's integrated with ETA and I can reach it from any device, anywhere.

There are a few small missing features for instance I cannot print a journal entry.

I appreciate that I can test one application indefinitely. The support team is very professional and responds incredibly fast!

For me there aren't as many pricing options anymore. I feel the design and templates could use some improvement though they're adequate for testing.

For me it's a single program that covers all business processes and offers lots of options for expansion.

In my experience because Odoo is such a large system, I have to spend a lot of time configuring it to get every feature working and that setup process eats up a lot of time.

It's quick and effective as we manage to close a case within 24 hours most of the time.

I do find the themes and feature set can feel a bit flexible at times which limits flexibility and potential.

I have had great support from Cris throughout the whole process from prospecting to quotes and working with clients. Really appreciate it, thank you!

We've encountered a lot of problems analyzing and putting forward proposals for new clients since we're just getting started. Odoo hasn't provided that kind of hands-on guidance so we had to turn to a Partner who responds very slowly and gives vague answers which makes it much harder for us to close projects on time.

Everything is integrated that I like. Gradually, for running my business I hardly ever leave Odoo. I am even wondering whether I might give up using Word entirely in the near future.

Honestly I'd like to generate a change-history report for Odoo Studio, screen by screen and automated task by automated task so I can export in a comprehensible format what was created in Studio and what wasn't for auditing.

Odoo is pretty easy to pick up and it offers outstanding training videos covering a wide range of topics.

At one point I ran into an issue where certain Developer Mode functions couldn't be bulk deleted when I turned off Developer Mode which left me a bit perplexed. Still, I submitted a service ticket and got a quick reply from the support rep.

I really adore using Odoo. it frees up a lot of my time by letting me schedule posts and the best part is that it's free. I can introduce it to my clients and support them in getting off to a strong start. Plus having so many tools bundled together in one place is incredible. Seriously, I recommend Odoo to everyone who crosses my path because I think they'll enjoy it too.

Honestly there's nothing about Odoo that bothers me I genuinely love this platform and how it works for my needs.

I have found everything to be excellent and their customer support has been extremely helpful to me.

All of my business operations run through Odoo so I no longer need to fiddle with syncing data across multiple separate apps.

I find the interface quite utilitarian it could use a design refresh to feel more attractive.

I find Odoo's invoicing tools to be fast and efficient. I can print or email invoices with ease. There are multiple easy payment options including PayPal which my customers really like.

What I like most about Odoo is the professionalism of the team. I constantly notice them searching for effective solutions, proactively supporting and enabling the ongoing development and implementation of Odoo software within our company.

For now everything seems fine. I'll wait and see how things go once we push the system into production.

I have found the PLO to be very well organized and the instructor-consultant showed deep knowledge and a very professional approach to delivering the training.

For me it would be much more helpful if they supplied a pricing template that partners could use to prepare quotes for end users, including a standardized cost breakdown.

When I had an urgent issue, they responded incredibly fast so the problem was resolved almost straightaway. I could get someone on the phone easily which these days feels rare and really appreciated.

Cons

Editing the website can sometimes be somewhat tricky for me though overall it's fairly user-friendly. and whenever I get stuck, support is typically close at hand to help me out.

I find it brings together a full suite of ERP capabilities in a single platform.

Sometimes the interface feels overcrowded and a little too complex for me.
